Excellent customer service here! They are always willing to help out with a package or attach the return slip to the package for free. Such a great experience.

I arrived for a bad address package but no tracking number. It was very busy and Lisa helped me in a very patient, friendly and professional manner while managing other staff. She deserves a raise!

Unfortunately every time I have gone to this store, I am always met with rudeness and made to feel stupid for not having tape. The last time will be my last time as the owner I believe made me feel completely uncomfortable I front of other customers because the box was taped up. I highly recommend going anywhere but here!

I would ship here over Canada Post any day! Affordable rates, amazing employees, outstanding customer service! Always so helpful with a smile on their faces. Always a pleasure seeing the ladies working here!

Terrible service. If sending to U.S use UPS or FedEx. Purolator in U.S uses third party service to deliver (UPS). The employee at the desk put the wrong address on the paperwork, when I went back to have him correct it, he just wrote on the paperwork & said it’s ok, a new label will be printed with correct address. The package was held up in Customs and after a week it was finally released & delivered to the wrong address ( a new label was not printed). My son has not received the package as of yet because it went to wrong address. I also paid for overnight delivery service, delivered before 9am. $145 that’s with 1/2 price discount for Holiday service. Never again

I wish we all had choices to pickup the courier service a thing gets delivered from.Two packages from the same place - requiring signature were sent to me. One was said as address not not, and other was marked as owner not at home - a simple knock at the door might have helped. And since the packages were being delivered to my mailing address, I stayed there from 8am to 9pm two days to find I can't get any packages from Purolator.Now I've to go twice to their location to pickup. What a sad affair of mismanagement from the company.And their tag line says it's a promise." What a joke!!!!"

Never had a normal delivery with Purolator. They either ring the doorbell and give you 4 seconds to answer it or they lose my package (which takes days to track down apparently) or they deliver it to the wrong address. This isn't rocket science. It's moving a box from one location to another, but that's beyond the skill level of Purolator. I'd trust a rabid racoon to deliver my package more than I'd trust Purolator.

Lisa at the front counter was friendly and very helpful with printing shipping labels on site for multiple Amazon returns using their new QR code system.
