An amazing food experience. We enjoyed the 6 course NYE dinner which was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.Had a lovely time despite the slower service due to the restaurant being totally full. Completely understandable and I encourage reviewers to keep that in mind. Disappointed to see a 1 star review from someone claiming they never received dinner.Looking forward to coming back in the future to try some of their regular menu offerings!

I had dinner with my family in this lovely restaurant this Christmas holiday. First, the ambiance is great, very lovely interior decorations, second the food is super delicious. It's my first time to eat peruvian dish, everything is amazing. Third, the price and service matches the quality of the dishes they serve. I also enjoyed a very lovely drink this night. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The service provided was excellent! The food was amazing, we had the Arroz con camarones & the ceviche, both dishes were spectacular! This is food that will fill your soul!

Food was incredible. We ordered 4 tapas and felt comfortably full! Portions are larger than what I'm used to with tapas style menus so that was a nice surprise.Service was great. We weren't rushed out like most other restaurants around town. I do wish we got a bit more detail when our dishes came out considering they asked if it was our first time and we said yes.I rated the atmosphere a 3...I can't explain why but it didn't quite match with the food and service. Wish I could rate the food a 10/5!The traditional civeche is a must!I will be back to try some other dishes for sure!

I’ve never had Peruvian food before, but I intend on coming back soon! Raphael’s was exceptional. We had the rockfish tiradito, cause vegetarian, papitas huancaina, ensalada, and not pictured the muslitos a la brasa and antichuchos.Everything tasted incredibly fresh and so flavorful! These were all small plates but I would say the portions are very generous. I think I could eat the two potatoe dishes everyday, so good.Their resteraunt atmosphere was very nice and lots of parking at that end of elgin even at dinner time.Looking forward to trying more things next time!You

My first time trying Peruvian food and everything was delicious and service was great. Ceviche was amazing! my only complaint was the dessert. 16 dollars for such a tiny, and average tasting brownie... I was expecting at least something shareable (or insanely delicious) for that price.

My husband and I enjoyed our dinner at Raphaël Peruvian Cuisine. The food was delicious and the cocktails top notch. The service was great and the ambiance was good! We’ll be back!

Food is very good. Ambiance is good but the tables are rather small for 4 people. Pisco sour is to be ordered right away when you sit, it is good. We ordered a bunch of starters, they were served right in time. The wine we seleted was not a good one. Stick to Rioja to be on the safe side. Instead of ordering main dish we again ordered another bunch of starters. This time we lost our contact with the waiters and kitchen for about half an hour. It was frustrating. Restaurant was not crowded then. It is considered to be a fancy restaurant, therefore the prices are high. In my opininon higher than it deserves. Do we go again? Maybe occasionally yes...

Where do I start? I'm peruvian.I went on a weekday at night so it wasn't busy at all. I started with a refreshing Pisco Sour. I haven't had one in a while, and yes, it has real Peruvian pisco!When the lomo saltado arrived (my favorite dish) I was a little confused by the mushroom addition. Not a big fan of mushrooms but ok, I put them aside. The rest of the dish was very good actually! Meat very tender, fries are good. I recommend putting the rice in the sauce (the addition of corn was a great ideas and very creative).It's kind of pricey though, I get that a tenderloin in this economy will take the price to a different level, so I'll recommend this place for a celebration dinner of some sort, not just for a quick bite (because really, it was a quick bite due to the portion size). I would have loved to try the rest, I also had my eyes on the anticuchos.I like the combination in the atmosphere between modern and Peruvian decor. They give you a cute complimentary postcard.
