I have nothing but good things to say about this shop! Jimmy is an absolute Wizard! He really knows his stuff & has extended the lifespan of my bike by a longshot! He tackles the problem with empathy, mechanical pragmatism, and intellect! Kudos! His co-workers are always a pleasure to deal with as well! I will never take my bike anywhere else! Kinda hard to support a local small business if you get turned away for a 5-10 min job that I was willing to leave and come back for pretty disappointing

These guys really came thru for me....completing a tune up I had started elsewhere. Accommodated me right away and was able to pick my bike up two days after drop off.Came back to get set up with some new lights and was very well received. I am especially happy that there is no pretension amongst staff here.They have my business from now on, cheers!

They were fantastic. Took my bike for a tune up. They had it ready for me the next day with all my issues addressed and no extra fees. Very friendly and easy to deal with. I purchased a bike rack too for half the cost of one from amazon.

Excellent customer service! I went in today to get an odd ball headset bearing which I thought I'd never find. Surprisingly they had the bearing! The gentleman at the shop was very friendly and helpful. I couldn't believe how much inventory they had in the store either. Highly recommend them! Very impressive bike shop run by someone who clearly knows exactly what they're doing!

Been here twice now.This little shop is quite well hidden, but worth the trouble of finding.Staff is knowledgeable and don't talk down to you, if you ask questions.Huge selection of bikes and accessories. Very reasonable priced.Will definitely be back!

Great people that work at this shop! Very friendly and professional! I really appreciated the fact that they didn't try to up-sell anythything while doing a service on my bike. I will for sure be coming back here in the future and recommend it to everyone!

I came here the other day to pick up all the parts I needed for a complete drivetrain overhaul on my road bike. It took the guys here just a few moments to select the right parts that fitted like a glove on my bike. The prices were great as well. This is definitely the kind of LBS (local bike shop) that I am happy to support as a customer!

I am very disappointed with the service I received here. I had tried to call yesterday to schedule an appointment for my bike today for a tune up, and was directed to an online booking system instead with the phone system stating they don’t take bookings this way anymore. Fair enough.I proceeded to book my appointment online, was delighted to see I could drop off the next day at noon. In my booking request, I specifically stated in two comments sections that I would need to be able to pick my bike back up the same day. Seeing as it was just a tune up I didn’t think there would be an issue with this, but also given the fact I had left it in both comments sections available for specific requests, should it not have been able to be done I would’ve expected a call or email to tell me they cannot accommodate my request. I received an email confirming my request and thought all was fine for the next day. After taking time out of my day to drive to Pitt meadows cycle and drop my bike off, I again relayed my request to ensure it would be completed. I was then laughed at and told “it would be a miracle” due to how repairs would be done. I would’ve laughed along had I not gone through the online booking system, been given confirmation of my booking and request and also not wasted time out of my day. Had I simply been told/received a phone call after booking that it can’t been done I would’ve been fine with it. The fact that I couldn’t speak to a person prior to confirm, nor did I receive a call or email to say my request couldn’t be handled is quite frankly very disappointing.
