I could not have been happier with my experience at White Toronto!!!! From the very first dress search to all the fittings afterwards, the service felt so personal and the team went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the fit and style of my wedding dress. All appointments were so organized and intimate, and the showroom could not have been filled with more beautiful dresses and accessories!! Even when it came to packaging my wedding dress, it was carefully cleaned and stuffed to keep its shape, and so many little extras were included in case of any emergencies. I’m so thankful for my experience here and cannot recommend White enough!!

I went into my bridal dress shopping journey with low expectations. I heard from friends how they had average or even bad experiences shopping for a wedding dress. This was completely not the case for me when I visited White Toronto. Kim, Andrea and the alteration team were absolutely FANTASTIC. I really felt like the most important person in the building during ALL of my appointments.The gowns are all gorgeous and there was 0 pressure to shop within a certain budget. Actually no one even asked me my budget at all, I just browsed the store and picked what I liked and if something presented to me was beyond my budget I just voiced that and we moved on. No one judged or made you feel bad. If you feel insecure about any part of your body the girls at White instantly become your biggest hype team and make you forget why you felt insecure in the first place.I ended up getting a Galia Lahav gown and was given the cutest gift bag on the way out.Cannot recommend this boutique more. Thank you for giving me one of my favorite wedding planning memories!

I purchased my Berta gown from White Toronto and had such an amazing experience! Nancy was amazing, lovely and kind and made the dress selection experience so great. Donna was extremely helpful during the alterations appointments and was so patient when listening to all of my requests and questions. In between appointments, the communication with White Toronto was great too via email. They were really great at being organized for scheduling the alterations appointments and communicating what to bring to each. I always knew my dress was being well taken care of and was is great hands with White Toronto! I would highly recommend them :)

I can’t begin to explain how amazing my experience was from looking for the dress,ordering it, changing the sleeves to fitting. Nancy, Andrea and her team were absolutely a pleasure to work with. They spoiled me & made me feel like a real bride. Love them all. Thank you

I loved every minute spent at this beautiful boutique! I worked with Nancy as my bridal consultant and she went above and beyond to deliver a very memorable experience. The staff were all extremely patient as I knew exactly what I was looking for and came to both Berta and Galia trunk shows before finding the dress that was beyond what I had envisioned. Andrea was so kind and I really valued her opinion being the expert in wedding gowns. Donna was very helpful during alternations to make sure everything was perfect, and insightful with all the tips and tricks for the wedding day. Not only do they have the most beautiful selection of gowns and designers they also have the attic for bridesmaids, mothers of the brides, and junior bridesmaids. My husbands little sister found her dress here and they made her feel so comfortable going through the process being a first time junior bridesmaid. My mom and I had a blast at all the fitting appointments and everyone was always so helpful and kind throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this boutique for future brides, the best in Toronto xx

I had an absolutely fabulous experience with Andrea, Nancy, and the rest of the team at White Toronto.As a luxury boutique that carries some of the most beautiful brands/gowns in the world, I anticipated the experience may be a bit...snobby. I could not have been more wrong. I found my dream dress at White Toronto. After a lot of online research I knew this is the store for me. Sure enough it took me couple hours to find my dress. Andrea and the girls at White Toronto are so thoughtful and professional that the whole experience was amazing. The fitting experience couldn’t have been better. My wedding was overseas, so they packed the dress for me and it looked flawless after a 10 hr flight.
