Where do I begin...let's just say I would give a 6-star if I'm allowed.My partner and I have just recently moved to Guelph and the search for a new medical care team has not been easy, so the relief and excitement we felt when we found and visited the Guelph Royal Dental team for the first time yesterday was pretty great because we knew we're now all set in the dental department and won't have to worry about it for years/as long as we're in Guelph.The whole experience with them was as smooth and perfect as I could ask for, from beginning to end, with everyone we encountered - starting with a shockingly fast response from Aurelia after I sent out the new patient inquiry, with her beyond and above level of helpfulness, so welcoming while also being very efficient and professional...in fact, I would say that's the general energy throughout our visit - from Aurelia and Page at the reception, Jenny who took my X-ray, to our hygienist Rachel and Dr. Roz (I hope I'm spelling everyone's name correctly) - everyone was genuinely pleasant, kind, yet professional. And most importantly, the quality of service and information they provided us were beyond our expectation - My partner and I agreed that our sessions with Dr. Roz were the most thorough and informative initial examinations we've had, and our sessions with Rachel were the best cleaning experience we've ever had lol And both of them delivered information/answered questions with great clarity, thoughtfulness and patience! We also LOVED that pictures and charts were shared on the big screen with us!Last but not least, I care about admin experience a lot, and so far it 's also been nothing but excellence in this department, from dealing with insurance/pament, to ease/speed/accomodation in scheduling and paperwork. So, yeah, I would 100% recommend Guelph Royal Dental Centre if you're still looking :)

Very pleased with the service and professionalism at Guelph Royal Dental. They point out areas of concern and other items that may be purely cosmetic before I am asked to make an informed decision. They recently identified two teeth with multiple fillings and recommended for crowns on each - the work to prepare the two teeth for permanent crowns was done in about an hour. They also got me into good habit of flossing with cleaning appointments being much easier as a result.

after my graduation from college, they accepted me as an internship to do my placement in this office, its a geatest experience to work with wonderfull professional team members, this office up to date clean with new tech equipment. superb enviroment worth to meet once. i highly recommend this place for a better treatment to bring a nice smile in your face.I wish i can give more than 5 star which Royal dental deserve it

I joined Royal Dental a few years back and I must say the experience I have had here is far beyond any Dentistry place I have ever been. Aurelia is so nice and caring, going out of her way to help or even going outside to get your girlfriend and bring her inside to wait while I get my appointment done. But that's only the reception. Rachel is the star here. Rachel cleaned my teeth and was so gentle and thorough. I have never in all my years (61) of being to the Dentist to have my teeth cleaned. Never has anyone been so gentle. If Rachel ever leaves I must follow her. Lol. Kidding but seriously she is amazing. Go see for yourself you won't be disappointed.

I recently switched to Guelph Royal Dental care, and I can already tell that the professionalism and expertise in that office is above the standard I was used to at my old dentist. I felt very comfortable on my first visit, and I am glad that I joined the office. New patient registration was extremely easy as well!

Always had the best experience here! My husband and I recently moved provinces so sadly are no longer at this dental office, but the staff were always beyond lovely and made you feel welcome and at ease. I never enjoyed going to the dentist prior to this place but the ladies here were so sweet I almost looked forward to my visits! We will miss having Guelph Royal Dental as our dentist!

I decided to try Guelph Royal Dental based on some positive reviews here and am very glad that I did. It’s a funky old building on a great street downtown, super clean and lots of natural light. Everyone is so friendly, but Aurelia goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. She got me booked in really quickly and is super responsive and does helpful things like proactively send future work to insurance for estimates so I know what everything will cost before hand. The initial check, X-rays and cleaning with Rachel was great and probably the most gentle (but thorough) cleaning I’ve ever had. Seriously. I had my first procedure with Dr Roz today and it was a breeze. He and his assistant checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable and there was no pain at all. The end result is really good and everything feels smooth. Based on my experience, the rest of my family will be joining me here too. We’ve definitely found our dental office!

I came here for the first time in summer 2020 with major anxiety about my teeth. I've been here several times since then, and my mouth health has improved immensely. I feel welcome, comforted, understood, and safe every time I visit. Every staff member I've interacted with is amazing and thorough and professional. Aurelia shines as an absolutely outstanding person who goes above and beyond for the patients. She assisted me through a panic attack at the office, helped me with my concerns about payment, went out of her way twice to make sure I got home safe, and even remembers small details about me and my life. I love this office and its staff, and I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for dental treatment in Guelph. I'll be a loyal patient forever :).

The team at Guelph Royal Dental have always gone above and beyond to make me feel safe, welcome and comfortable. I was struggling financially last year and going through a hard time and they paid it forward when I needed it most. My boyfriend's dog ate my mouthguard only a couple of months after I purchased my first one, and the dentist and the receptionists kindly gifted me one. I don't think they understand how much that gesture meant to me. I have severe anxiety (as a lot of people do) with going to the dentist, and whenever I have to get a filling someone always holds my hand. You're warmth and kindness do not go unnoticed. Thank you for taking such great care of me!
