Country Gardens & Nursery | Country Gardens & Nursery has been serving Calgary since 1995. We are located in the foothills west of Calgary in the community of Springbank. 90% of our plants are grown in our nursery from seed, cutting or bareroot. We have a wide variety of annuals, perennials, roses, shrubs, herbs and tomatoes.

Nice little private greenhouse with good selection of flowers and reasonable prices. Easy to find and easy to access. Has the feel of a small town greenhouse but it's right next to the big city!

Great variety of flowers, annuals and perennials. I had been buying my baskets there for years, and they always last longers and more beautiful than the Grocery ones. Staff there is also great.

My wife and I had lunch in the area and looked up a nursery to check out. Went to Country Garden & Nursery. Neat family business. The plants and flowers were nice. Prices were pretty good in our opinions. The lady was very pleasant.

Visited this lovely greenhouse today! Plants were gorgeous! Staff was very kind, personable and helpful! They had the cutest ceramic planters as well that were very reasonably priced!

Owner knowledge and helpfulness great. Healthy plants. Good variety in a large greenhouse. Found double flower hollyhocks. They have lots and they are big like 2 ft already and healthy! golden acres had one only two years ago and it was about 3 inches tall. Prices at par with other places. Not too busy. Nice drive there. Lower springbank road. Happy with all i bought. Have veggies herbs flowers etc

Good: Nice selection of annuals/perennials plus a wide range of vegetable plants. Good location.Bad: Expensive (Hosta’s between $20-$32 for a single plant!). Basically, boutique nursery prices with an outlet mall feel. Was probably a nice spot back in the day. The big metal front gate has been discarded on the grass, all of the soil bags and fertilizers are poorly placed around the front of the main building. The place generally lacks care and attention which is all part of the garden/nursery experience IMO.
