I ordered food for 11:55 but when my food arrived it wasn't ready. It was lunch for all the staff, everyone was sitting and waiting for the food, but I had to wait for the food to be ready for 15 minutes. No one had time to eat because of your incompetence. Never again will I trust this place.Date April 14/2023

Asked 4 times for no pickles and not the spicy fish. Waited around 10 minutes, then what did they give me? Spicy fish with pickles. Did not think to look. Found out when I was home.

Horrible place to eat. Music is too loud and full of static. Wait for the food was way too long. Finally got my food but I had to wait some more because the chicken was too hot to eat right away.

Always a long wait to get the food and they always have adds for stuff they dont actually have available in store. Never have the Ghostpepper wings or sandwich available.

We came to the drive through at 9:40 pm (the place is open until 10) and we're basically refused service. We were told the only thing we could order was drinks and they had one pre-made chicken sandwich. It was too close to closing time to make anything else. 20 mins to closing at a fast food restaurant and they refused to take our order. If I owned this location I would be embarrassed by this level of service. I do not recommend this location and WILL NOT be back!

We stopped there for lunch. The staff took our orders, and as usual, we got our order after a few minutes. They were preparing the fresh batch. The service was great and the restaurant was clean. The only problem I see is that there were no condiments or napkins in the condiments stash. You have to keep bothering the staff for ketchup and hot sauce. Overall, we did enjoy our lunch and a great service in a nice and clean restaurant.

SCAM ALERT!!Tried to order just chicken and the price was more than if it was a combo! Even the worker agreed that Poopeyes pricing “makes no sense” his words. Beware of this restaurant’s nonsensical pricing that indicates to me they are scamming us!Went across the avenue to Jollibee chicken and it was worth it! Better prices and quite frankly better tasting chicken. Most importantly they didn’t try to scam me!

Went through drive thru. Ordered classic chicken sandwich combinations. Automatically put fries and coke without asking and tried rushing me through with no one else in line. Finally allowed me to tell what sides and drink we wanted. When checking our order there were no straws for the drinks and no napkins and this is what they gave us for an order of onion rings. Thoroughly disappointing. Would have been a 1star if not for the chicken.

Manager Jimi is the worst person you can deal with! He does not allow any options available in store deals that are available in any other branch. Go and get your meal somewhere else. Do not come to this branch at all. It's a shame that Popeyes employs such a cheap person! It's bad for the brand and customers!
