LE PLAN PAS CON - Déménagement

We have moved approximately 7 times in the last decade (different cities) so needless to say, we've had experiences with many different moving companies. Le Plan Pas Con was the best we've hired yet. Fast, on time (even early!!), friendly, priced as expected. Communication was smooth and clear. I was so nervous because it was our first winter move (day after Christmas) but I felt safe and reassured. Merci encore!

My wife and I moved to a new house recently and Le Plan Pas Con were perfect. When we needed a packing service as well, Philippe was able to arrange that for us. The men doing the heavy lifting on the moving day were all very good humoured and worked really hard. All up it was an excellent moving experience!

They sent us 4 super nice guys for our move from a big apartment in Outremont to a little house on the prai... --- Plateau. They were highly professional, on time, had a very high capacity to improvise quickly if needed and were funny on top of that all - and they were fast, it took them not even 2h over all (including the 15 minute drive over). I highly recommend their services!

Absolutely perfect!I got 3 guys, moving my stuff in a 3 story building with NO ELEVATOR. They moved everything in 1.5 hours : loading the truck, drive to the other address and unloading again. I was shocked ! Very professional, good listener, and kind people. They did took care of everything just like it’s theirs.Philippe is great at communication and reassure me about all my fears. He will give you all the instructions when you submit your request. Rescheduling was easy, since they were fully booked on the day I initially planned on moving (Feb. 1st).Bref, I am a very satisfied customer and will recommend them to anyone I know that needs moving.Note: I pre-packed my stuff before they arrived.—Absolument parfait!J'ai eu 3 gars, pour déplacer mes affaires dans un immeuble de 3 étages SANS ASCENSEUR. Ils ont tout déplacé en une heure et demie: charger le camion, conduire à l'autre adresse et décharger à la nouvelle adresse. J'étais choquée ! Très professionnels, bons auditeurs et très gentils. Ils ont pris soin de tout comme si c'était le leur.Philippe est un bon communicateur et m’a rassuré sur toutes mes peurs. Il vous donnera toutes les instructions lorsque vous soumettrez votre demande. Le rééchelonnement a été facile, car ils étaient complets le jour où j'avais prévu de déménager (1er février).Bref, je suis une cliente très satisfaite et je le recommanderai à tous ceux que je connais qui ont besoin de déménager.Remarque: j'ai emballé mes affaires moi-même avant leur arrivée.
