AVOID AVOID AVOID! I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased a tea cup and saucer from Pammie at the end of June and was sent the wrong one. Okay, no problem, she agreed right away to let me return it. After agreeing to let me return it she rarely replied to my messages, gave me a total run around and every excuse under the sun, then eventually blocked me after 6 months of trying to return the item. INCREDIBLY unprofessional and unreliable. I even got the set back to Edmonton (2.5 hours away) to make it as easy as possible for her.It has been an incredibly frustrating last 6 months of trying to deal with Pammie and I will definitely NEVER shop with her again.-----------------------In response to your reply:I'm sorry, but following up and requesting that you actually respond to arrange the return every few weeks after months of trying to get it sorted is not harassing at all. It's simply asking a business" to communicate with its customers. I have been incredibly patient throughout the last SIX MONTHS and did everything I could to make this as easy as possible for you
