This is the second time I have ordered parts from this dealer and was treated great, they even have an email request for parts if the phone system is to busy and are surprisingly fast to respond, I highly recommend coming here for your needs! Keep up the good work Jesse!

My dad and I dropped off his generator 5 weeks ago for repair. We were told it would be at least 3 weeks until he got time which is completely understandable in the summer months. After 4 weeks we continuously called for a few days looking for updates but no one picked up the phone. Finally someone picked up and told us Mitch would call us back, which he didn't. This morning we went and picked it up to find nothing done to it. No apology or acknowledgement that it had been sitting there with no work done. I understand its the busy season but to not give any care to the people who are waiting on their equipment is brutal.We're already looking to buy a tractor for the winter season since my dad is getting up there in age and shouldn't be pushing his old one - we would've gone to North Gate and supported a local business if they weren't so careless in this situation.

Product selection is good. Repair service was okay but not great.

I have worked with North Gate Power for the past 8 months and their customer service was great. They called back and kept me informed as to how my repairs were going.

Excellent Outdoor Power Store. Nice Stock and Great Service on my first, but definetly not last visit. They even have a Fishing Section. A ++

I would like to thank Sam for helping with my ATV issue of the panels..if not for him my bike would of been compromised..you helped so much able to follow your instructions..love my ATV..excellent help..Sherry

I rarely if ever do this ! BUT this one is very well deserved ! As a Small Business I have a lot of Various suppliers, the vast Majority are extremely good and value my Business ! BUT the one I am reviewing in this Post Failed Miserably !.North Gate Power Equipment Gravenhurst !.I have had an account with this company for almost 10 years , initially they were great set up my business account 10% off retail ( other then powersports and Farm equipment I usually get more ) they were courteous and prompt when I called BUT something has changed ! this time no one would ever answer the phone or return the messages I left ! So one day I dropped in and asked what was going on, a Guy I know know to be the owner basically told me that I better get used to it because in will not change in the near future" he then told me to order by E:mail ( he did not seem to care when I informed him my rural internet is very spotty and Unreliable !.BUT this is where it gets worse ! I ordered almost $3000.00 of parts and was assured that was with my 10% off

Terrible customer service. What is the point of leaving ones phone number if no one has any inkling of returning calls. You folks failed miserably. I have taken my business else where! Good luck staying in business if this is the manner in which you endeavour to treat potential customers! And don't bother following up, its too late!

not so impressed! parts guy apparently need a vin off honda industrial motor to even attempt to look up parts.

Took my stihl ms311 in for a suspected ignition problem ,for $60 I got it back in pieces in a box and advised that it was irreparable, then a sales pitch to purchase a new saw.I picked up a coil off Amazon for $27 and the saw has never run better.First and last experience with Northgate
