They worked within our budget and built our basement in 4 weeks plus a week for final touches. Everyone in their team was professional, courteous, friendly and tidy. They answered our incessant questions with patience and always responded to us within minutes. They completed the project exactly as per scope, with high quality and we had zero hassles with them. They stuck to their payment schedule and only took payment after work was completed as per the agreed schedule.I believe businesses that value their customers are hard to come by these days. We hired The Basement Company to renovate our basement in April. We had such a great experience dealing with the company from the first meeting, until the end of project. The owner helped us design the layout of our basement and the project manager was always prompt to respond to our questions. The price was more than reasonable and all their contractors demonstrated great workmanship and attention to details. Our project was completed before the estimated timeline, which was a bonus, and the final touch ups were done at the end to complete the outstanding look of our basement.
