I never had bad service when I went to aerotek looking for Work. Very professional and supportive staff. I was able to use my experience from my work placement I was provided, to further my self along and land the career path I have been work toward.I'd recommend anyone looking for Work to pay them a visit.

After a long time of trying to find the right fit for me (and to no avail on my own), the staff at Aerotek were able to see my strengths and like a matchmaker got me into a role that is a career, not just a job. Thank you for your efforts and dedication!

A friend of mine enlisted the help of Aerotek when he was in need of part-time work two years ago. The staff here in Windsor took the time to listen to what he was looking for and took into consideration his need for work-life balance. After just a week, they placed him into a position within a local company and he has now turned his part-time position into a career! Overall, he had a fantastic experience with the staff who were extremely professional and personable. Definitely a trustworthy team!

Incredibly disorganized and not helpful at all. It was only after I quit that I heard from my supposed rep who STILL has not paid me or reached out in regards to my payment (other than the initial time when she requested my direct deposit information even though I had already provided two copies prior).

Very happy with the trampoline experience, however as of sept.1 you have to buy their socks. Seemed to be an extra $5 money grab when you use to be able to bring socks from another facility. Also the snack prices are way too high. We paid 2.55 for a small bag of chips. Bring you own snacks!

After dealing with another recruitment agency in Windsor and getting the run-around for nearly two months, Aerotek helped me get a job in two days. The contrast from one recruitment agency to the other was truly amazing, and several friends shared sinilar experiences with me.I applied to a job posting with Aerotek on Sunday, received a phone call to schedule an interview on Monday, had all my paperwork signed on Tuesday, and was asked to start work on Wednesday! Beyond that, the entire staff in the Windsor office blew me away with their professionalism, consistency and genuine enthusiasm about finding me a job. At the other recruitment agency, I felt like a number and that the company was only doing their due diligence by interviewing me. With Aerotek, I felt as though my needs and wants were being heard and that someone was on my side helping me find a job that would be a great fit. I was lucky to work with Ryan from their Kitchener office and I can't sing his praises enough. When Ryan said he was going to call, he actually called! If he promised a follow-up, he followed up and went so far as to contact me after my first shift to ensure everything went smoothly and that I was feeling comfortable and safe in my new position. He and the team in the Windsor office really made everything happen so quickly and seamlessly and I am so grateful!
