Your London Pet Sitter

We've been using Your London Pet for more than a year, to look after our two hairless guinea pigs. Every sitter we've had has been helpful and responsive, helping out with everything our two little boars need to keep them safe and comfortable. Micky in particular is a gem, always sending us photos and videos and being very thorough. They were also able to provide a sitter at very short notice when we were in hospital last week, welcoming the birth of our daughter. Highly recommended!

I've used Your London Pet Sitter twice in the span of 3 months this summer, the second time at very short notice, and they've been simply brilliant! Amy is quite the cat whisperer, she looked after my nine-month-old, pandemic-raised, terrified-of-strangers cat and built trust with her almost instantly. I've been using Your London Petsitter for over 2 years and I can't recommend them enough. I've had several different sitters at different times and all have been amazing, updating me constantly and sending me pictures and videos of my 2 cats, letting me know how they're getting on. Always accommodating when I've been anxious or neurotic about all the little things I think most pet owners get nervous about when they leave their pets. I find their prices really good as well having done a bit of price comparison when I first came across them. Highly highly recommended!

Used Your London Pet Sitter for the first time and the service was perfect throughout. Booking process was easy and flexible (we ultimately had to change our dates due to Covid restrictions). Amy who took care of our cat is amazing and very reliable; our cat immediately liked her when she came for the test visit and I could tell Amy was really focused on our cat’s well being and happiness while we were away for these 8 days. We received twice daily updates where I could see our cat was happy and received the care and attention she needs. I could not recommend her and Your London Pet Sitter more and will definitely use them again. Thank you!

We have used My London Pet Sitter for over a year now for our two Parrotlets. I am usually very anxious to leave the birds but when I have Amy take care of them I feel completely at ease. She is absolutely fantastic. So friendly, professional and has a clear love for animals. She completely takes on board every little detail that we ask for and sends us regular photo updates so that we know the birds are happy and doing well. She is amazing and I strongly recommend My London Pet Sitter.

Worst experience I had with a dog sitter. Hannah lacks in professionalism and skills to do her job. She literally ruined my weekend away. She messaged me continuously complaining on the dogs, instead of taking actions on them. I ended up taxing a taxi straight from the airport, with all my luggage, to her place on the other side of the city to pick them up a night earlier. And she had the rudeness to expect me to pay for this night!!!!!The dogs were very dirty and full of poo. Also, she over feeded them, as the food she used is the portion for a week and not two days!!Michella should have a better way of selecting her sitters, as this is a real job that requires real skills!

I've used Your London Pet Sitter on multiple occasions over the past couple of years. Micaeala is super helpful in organising the best pet sitter for our rabbit to suit the way he lives and making sure it's someone nearby. There's no one else we would use.
