Franca Pheby is a rockstar!!! We wanted to look for a home in Windsor and were referred to her from our real estate agent from another area. First of all we wouldn't blame the brokerage for the realtor we chose since there are multiple good realtors within LC Platinum and I can very well say that from the reviews i just read here in Google.My story - we were first home home buyers, our only expectation was to get some guidance throughout the process but the only step in the process where the realtor was very active was while putting in an offer. We came to Windsor to buy a house and create roots. What we found was a totally crazy market and during one house visit we met Felicia DeMarco. She promised to find us a home when we had some realtors saying it was impossible to find anything with our budget and after many visits, some refused offers, we got it. She never gave up on us and we could feel her passion helping people.

Will share my experience and situation after two weeks.UPDATE: 10/28/2022.Next time please train your Realtors before you send them into market. At least guide them what should be looked when Suggesting a client while buying a business or property, teach them Basics of Inspection so that clients won't get loss after buying the property. teach your realtors basics of real-estate what is good wood, what is bad floor, what is good plumbing, what is bad electricity connection. Any guy who can read and write can pass a relator course or examination but they need Skill and Experience to feed on the market. I lost of lot of money in repairs because of your Zero knowledge realtors. Hope you keep these points next time when you hire a Fresher.Thanks
