Home fries were UNDERCOOKED, manger is very rude! Staff was good and took care of me but food was OVERPRICED!!

Worst place I been to in Midland! The place had an unclean smell to it and the table and bench were covered in dirt/dust/hair and crumbs. Ordered the 10 oz New York medium and was served an 8 oz well well done piece of rubber. Waitress asked if I wanted the cook to put it back on to fix it lol I said it's over cooked. Then she avoids our table the rest of the time. Then gives me bill with a $7 off on it. Just paid as to not make a seen, also not really her fault. Terrible experience. Never again.

The place is filthy. Crumbs and stains on the benches and un-wiped condiment bottles.Servers were nice, but overall, the service was phoned in.To top it all off, I'm going repeat what another reviewer called it - overpriced cafeteria food.Places like these are the reason it's no longer fun and satisfying to go out anymore.

Junk. Absolutely the worst restaurant in Midland. Completely overpriced cafeteria food, ordered a simple burger it came as a greasy frozen burger with floppy uncooked bacon, the cream of broccoli was from a bag. Honestly, I thought there was a 15 year old cooking on the grill and when I looked inside sure enough it was the owner Jimmy. Time for retirement. Avoid this place.

The food was great, the waitress was wonderful, and service was quick. The biggest and most off putting part was that the owner/head chef was sprawled out at a table by the entrance was just watching everything and everyone. It was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. It would be fine if he was sitting with his feet on the floor, but he was reclining back with his feet up on another chair.

Our Allandale Station Retirement Residence group where delighted to enjoy a nice lunch at Uncle Jimmy's in Midland on a recent trip to that area. They were so good to them, our residents wanted to return right away. Thank you for the delicious food, accommodating our larger group and for treating them with such kindness. We will definitely be back!

Uncle Jimmy’s Family Restaurant
We visited the other day for breakfast. This was our second time there. We have always been greeted with a warm welcome and seated immediately. Servers are always happy and eager to serve. Food is fresh and full of flavor. However, I will say, my mushroom omlete and hash browns were a bit on the small side, could have been a bit bigger. Not a major complaint though, will definitely go back.
