No drive-thru. Four wheel drive recommended to cross the parking lot as it looks like the surface of the moon. Front window is boarded up as well. Looks like the owners don't believe in maintenance. I wonder what the kitchen looks like.Fast friendly service at the counter. Very little inside seating.The chicken was not good. It wasn't hot and it was dry inside and out. Looks like shrinkflation" has hit the KFC sides. They are ridiculously small

Was disappointed not to get freshly cooked chicken today. It must be, second time cooked and was dark brown and dry!! Plus l don't believe it's the correct coating.Wish l could post a picture.

The food is classic but the parking lot is literally a disaster full of craters and I almost ruined my car. Fix your parking lot because it is a disgrace.

Diane has worked there for about 28 years and should get an award. She is friendly and efficient. It is true that there seems to be only 2 employees. I also they would repave the parking lot, which has been full of huge potholes for about 10 years now. I'm disabled and it is hard to move my walker with all the holes. There is no wheelchair ramp and I don't remember if there is a handicap automatic door opener. Anyway, I'm posting here to say that Diane should get a long-service award.

KFC has changed their recipe at all locations to make it less greasy, but in doing so, it is so dry you can hardly swallow it. There is no salt in the recipe, and the result is something resembling hardened sawdust. This particular restaurant had only one functioning restroom. The women's one was blocked off, and my wife had to use the rather dirty wen's washroom until 2 people opened the door which wouldn't lock. There were no paper towels or soap. Other reviewers were not exaggerating in their descriptions of the parking lot. Years of serious neglect makes this a spot to avoid. But as far as the chicken is concerned, the Vaudreuil-Dorion and Kirkland locations offer the same tasteless, rock-hard abomination.

Fruit flies in store, potholes in parking area our car got stucked as it's not good for seadan cars. Popcorn chicken are not fried until golden brown.
