Had Windows and Patio door replaced by Optima Windows & Doors. Ben and his crew were great, very professional and cleaned up everything after the installation. Price and Warranty were great. Everything done on time.Additionally, Alina the sales rep was very responsive and knowledgeable. Guided me throughout the process.Would highly recommend them.

We were so lucky to have found Optima Windows and Doors.We needed to find a window company in the GTA because we had two leaking windows and needed to replace them. We started our search and got a recommendation to contact Optima. Really happy for that because it was the very best decision we could make.It all started with Chris - the Manager - who was incredible. He is very pleasant, very friendly and great to talk to. We didn’t know much about windows but we did have an idea about what we wanted. He was able to provide quite a bit of guidance because even though we knew, we still had a lot of questions. He had all the knowledge we needed and very quickly he was able to take our ideas and questions and turn it into a plan, so when we were able to fully decide we were now confident as well. His input was invaluable.Next came the installation. That team was fantastic and the quality of work was very impressive. That especially came through when you see the framing on the outside surrounding the window not to mention just how good the windows worked.So at this point we have two really amazing windows. We had a company that supplied amazing windows, and team of people who to a person were incredible. You always sort of dread these experiences because you are only going with a recommendation - anything can happen. Well, this experience was flawless. We knew that we were going to need to replace the other windows as well and we knew exactly who we were going with. Honestly that was a load off our shoulders. So we told each other, “next year”.Then the pandemic hit. So we had to wait.After enough of a delay after all of that, of course we called them so we could replace all of the windows this time. That’s a big job but given what happened our first time we knew that this was going to be smooth. No concerns. Looking back on how much there was to do - and even knowing how smooth it was that first time - we were still surprised how smoothly it went.As before, it starts with Chris. This time while we had some ideas, there were other windows where we just didn’t know exactly what we wanted. Chris had ideas that we hadn’t considered. We’re both so glad we listened. In the most striking case we switched our back window which was made up of three panes into a single large window. It’s nothing short of stunning. It’s easily our favourite window in the house - and that was because of his suggestion. It’s a similar story with a set of windows in one of the front rooms. Again, three panes though this time reduced to two. We’ve had a number of people who walk by all the time mention how they love that change.You would think that so many windows to change would result in chaos. Not at all. So how impressive was the installation? I’ve had a few people from our neighbourhood talk to me about how they briefly were watching the installation at times. They were all commenting on how professional and efficient they were. “Those guys were really moving,” one said. The next door neighbour asked them for their contact info, so I’m assuming they looked at how well they were working and thought, “we need to talk to them.”The finished product once again is perfect. The windows work really well. I’ve already mentioned how that rear window is just incredible. The entire experience was so easy and so pleasant. We’ve said to each other more than a few times that we can’t believe it’s finished because it is almost like it didn’t happen at all because it was all so smooth.So on both occasions it could not have gone any easier. A massive undertaking ended up taking place with no difficulties and no stress at all. The finished product is amazing. The inside, the outside, all of it. It all looks impressive. It all looks clean.We are very proud and happy with our beautiful, energy efficient windows, and this totally upgraded the overall appearance of our home.These are the reasons why we would be all too happy to recommend Optima Windows And Doors to anyone. Chris, Anastasia in the office, and the entire installation team were just amazing.

I am so grateful and pleased that I chose Optima to install new windows, doors and awnings in one of my rental properties. The workers did an excellent job installing the new windows and doors, replacing wood siding, repairing cedar siding and replacing damaged trim on the house. All of their staff were friendly and courteous during all stages of the project. I highly recommend them!

Amazing overall experience from beginning to the end. Just got 10 windows and 1 door installed by Optima. When called for an estimate Optima representative showed up in time and there was no pressure to purchase, which I appreciate very much. After some normal back and forth, the right quality for the right price windows and door were ordered. 5 star products and service. Installation was quick and done right, price was very reasonable! Chris is very knowledgeable about the entire process, including the govt/enbridge HER program, which was key to navigating through this entire process. Customer service also exceptional! There was a mixup with parts of the order and Chris, being the fair and reasonable fellow he is, fixed it immediately. Would definitely use Optima again!

We just got all our windows replaced back in December by Optima Windows. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. Their customer service is outstanding, they did our entire house (about 20 windows) in a single day. My husband was out of town when they came and I told them I needed to reschedule because I wouldn't be able to move all the furniture away from the windows and take down the window coverings on my own. They said not to worry about it and they did it themselves. They also put the window coverings back up for me. They vacuumed and swept up all debris and dust before they left. Their pricing was fantastic and they helped me navigate the application process for the Canada Green Energy Loans and Rebates. Honestly, they were absolutely fantastic.

Optima Windows enlarged bedroom windows in our house. The whole process of working with them was super smooth. They answered all our questions and explained the process during initial consultation. Their stuff is super professional. The brick guy cut away extra bricks keeping our window sills. He saved some of the original house bricks for us in case we will need them later. Installers are friendly and finished entire job in half a day. They ran into unexpected issue with an electrical cable in the way. Instead of stopping a job and returning another day they figured a clever workaround to finish the job. Results are amazing, there are so much more light in rooms now. Feels like a different house. Would definitely recommend enlarging small bedroom windows to anybody and get Optima Windows to do the job!

I received 3 quotes and awarded Optima Windows to replace all windows in our home. They were competitively priced and accommodating to ALL our custom requests.Eugene is who sold us the windows was wonderful to work with, he understood what was involved in making a specific window larger and converting a window to a sliding door. I also changed my mind on the trim a couple of times and Optima accommodated my indecisiveness.We started off a bit rocky with the scheduling of the installation due to some miscommunication however they did a phenomenal job at diffusing the situation almost immediately. Chris the Project Manager could have simply called however he showed up at our home a day before the windows were installed which impressed us instantly. Hiccups are common in renovations but in my opinion gives a company the opportunity to show a customer their worth and how they stand out from the rest… And that they did! The crew that was assigned to install the windows were professional & respectful of the space. Arthur the foreman immediately introduced himself and exchanged numbers with my husband due to us being in and out that day, reassuring us that the job would be handled with white gloves. Furthermore, there was an unforeseen electrical issue and Chris sent a licensed electrician out at no additional charge. I absolutely love my iron ore windows, trim work & the masonry work that was done.A friend recommended Optima to us, I’ve already referred Optima to a friend in which they’ve proceeded & I would highly recommend them again and again.
