I am a thirty something that was about to undertake an ambitious renovation on a home built in the early 80's. I had to obtain quotes from multiple vendors, coordinate timelines, and manage budgets. The challenges of working with contractors in the past I've found has been daunting to say the least. Ryan showed up and the experience was professional, streamlined, and things went exactly the way that they should. #1 His quoting was fair. #2 His references were strong. #3 He was patient and worked with me to select and test paint colors. #4 He gave feedback and suggestions on how to work with multiple drywall and ceiling issues. #5 He proposed the best solutions for the job/customer, not solutions that would be a make-work project. #6 He worked and cooperated with the other contractors to resolve issues and meet timelines, sometimes working late into the night, and on the weekends. #7 Any work that went outside of scope was quoted and completed at a fair price. #8 Quality assurance issues were minimal and he came back to complete a very small amount of (OCD) owner-identified tasks exactly when he said he would and within the original scope of the quote. #9 The house looks absolutely beautiful inside and should be featured in a magazine. Ryan's work is that top notch. I'm proud to call him a trusted friend and advisor moving forward with any future jobs. I give my absolute highest recommendation.
