I've worked at Troy Life & Fire Safety for 10 years, 9 of those have been as the Service Coordinator. They have been a great company to work for, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Between a pandemic bonus last year to cover additional costs and a vaccine bonus this year upon full vaccination, I know they care about every employee.

This company was hired to inspect our building (coho) today. My dog had been frightened by the alarms and my baby was playing on his mat when they came to the door. When I answered my dog tried to bolt out due to the noise. I stood there trying to coax her back in, but the two men standing there told me to move away from the door" and the literally pushed their way in to my home (that I own) wearing their boots. My dog ended up running down the hall to the end. I had to grab my baby and try to get my dog back while they stomped around my house. When they left they did not say thank you

In property management, I can count on Troy Life & Fire to tend to emergency call outs and also upon questioning a recommendation, a second Troy Life employee voluntarily went out a second time on site to verify which was great customer service.

This company abuses their staff and condones bullying. They have ZERO respect for their employees and they treat their customers like they are an inconvenience just for requiring their services. Its a shame. Most of the staff are miserable and have no problem telling you so. I highly recommend going somewhere else for your safety needs.

I have been with Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. for almost 10 years. They value and take care of their employees, including regular training and investment in equipment to do the job right. I am proud to work here and could not see myself anywhere else.
