SmartStyle Hair Salon

I am from out of town, (NB) staying in Ottawa for my stepson’s wedding. I walked in to see if I could have an appointment and was greeted quickly. I asked if someone could put my hair up for the wedding and they said yes, giving me an appointment in the next 15 minutes.I had an appointment with Rehab and she did a beautiful job of curling my long hair and pinning it up. She was very complementary and very confident in what she thought would look attractive. I was very happy with my service that day and had many compliments at the wedding. Thank you so much Rehab.

Has my hair done by Forgie this morning and I absolutely love it. It was a big change for me and Forgive was amazing and super helpful asking me if I wanted it this way or that.

Sangita is great! And an all together friendly hair salon. I was going on a trip and Sangita adjusted the cut to take into consideration that I needed to go longer without a cut. Was back this week and once again Sangita did a nice job. Don’t be fooled into thinking that a hair salon in Walmart offers low quality. I willcontinue to come here.

I got a haircut with Mahshid today and she is amazing! She took the time to listen what I like and did a wonderful job on my hair. She is very nice and friendly and made me feel comfortable and I loved my experience! Thank you so much!

I was there this morning my daughter wanted to get her hair cut.... We are not from Ottawa and are having time finding a hair salon that works for us... The ladies today are very professional but yet very warming and made me feel extremely comfortable. This is definitely the place I will go from now on...

Visited this salon a month back to get my hair cut. I had no idea what I wanted so I just specified my preferred length. Forgie really pulled through and gave me the best haircut. Both Forgie and the other lady working there kept complimenting me and gave me hair care tips! Great service!

My wife and daughter (3 years old) went there for a haircut and I was with our daughter. Our daughter was probably not feeling well, so she screamed a bit. I could feel the hairdresser getting annoyed. And when we were almost done, she literally asked me if our daughter was always like that, screaming a lot. She even said that she had never seen a kid screaming like this during a haircut. I was in shock listening to this and I replied that I would have screamed too if I were a kid. I mean, you offer kid's haircut and yet do not have the least amount of patience to deal with them. Just don't do it then. She somehow finished the job, and we had to fix her hair when we returned home, as the hairdresser did a pathetic job. Disrespectful and unacceptable service.

I went to SmartStyle today, for the first time, and I got hair cut from Debbie, she was FANTASTIC, love my short hair , feel I am younger than before !!Debbie was professional and gave me exactly what I asked for!! I highly recommend Debbie, thank you so much!!
