Made a mistake on my real estate transaction twice and rather than fixing it they just stopped returning phone calls. It took legal action for him to fix their mistake.Still want to use him? Call his office and speak to his assistant for a few minutes. You'll see what an attitude problem she has.

I did a real estate transaction with bob and similar to some the experiences of some others here, he'll ignore you when issues arise with your transaction. Doesn't respond to emails after several followups nor when you call the office.The fee was also significantly higher than what several friends paid for exact same type of service. Did I get value for the extra I paid? Nope, being ignored while paying premium prices. Don't waste your time, emotional and financial wellbeing with him. Many other lawyers around Toronto who will get the job done at a price that's actually reasonable and who will actually treat you like a human.

After missing a call from this number, I attempted to reach out to clarify the reason for their call, the receptionist placed me on hold and then put me through someone by the name of samara" which resulted in a voice mail. I called back to inquire about their reason for their call the receptionist mentioned "this is a law firm" and " I'm only one person" and that the only other person who could have called was on the phone. She placed me on hold again to speak to her manager

I used Bob and he was so helpful I cannot begin to tell you. He is an expert on Real Estate.. Bob was amazing and took a lot of stress of my back. Needless to say it was a neighbourhood matter. I also used Bob to transact a property sale for us. I would use him again for sure and highly recommend him !

Terrible. I got him to review the purchase and sale agreements for two properties and BOTH times I left unimpressed. He uses scare tactics to get your attention. I needed to urgently send a letter to the developer for one of the properties and Bob Aaron became unresponsive. He also provided me with inaccurate information.
