best espresso coffee!! Made by Jacques Barista extraordinaire! he accommodates picky coffee drinkers such as myself!! Double espresso with warm coconut milk and honey!! yummy!☕

You can tell they have stopped caring. There are 2 other coffee franchises right next to each other and lineups abound. They won't even grab a sandwich you asked for they will make you go get it. And their breakfast sandwiches are pre-made, not fresh. I should have gone to Tim Hortons.

TL;DRIts pathetic guys, everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. You have a rude cashier that doesnt know how to use your own shop's gift cards, doesnt know how to speak french, serve outdated muffin covered in fruitflies. I wish i could have given a 0.One of the most ridiculous places I have wentFirst, I come with a prepaid Van houtte gift card and the rude cashier says she doesnt accept it cuz theres no dollar sign on it so she doesnt know how much money is in it. Well, instead of being rude and looking dumb, she could have just scanned it to see how much money there is in it cuz thats how modern gift cards work, money is stored in it like a wallet. But ok she doesnt accept it anyway fine.Then she takes the muffin i would have bought out of the brown paper bag and throws it in the trash? Why? Is it because the muffin wasnt good anyway and you would have sold me an outdated muffin for me to eat? Or putting it in a paper bag made it so unsanitary that you had to throw it?Oh yea and the patisseries shelves was full of fruitflies yay

Please stay away from this location at all costs. There's a reason why there's no one but the busy Tim Hortons across.I tried giving them a chance, but every time I go there, they always seem to mess up my order. I requested oat milk and paid the surcharge, but they gave me dairy milk instead. There is one rude employee who always has an airpod. I'm always having to repeat myself, and they don't seem to notice or care. I understand that people have bad days, but if it happens every time I go there. What's the point?

I visited on 3/21/23 & 3/24/23 while attending a conference at the Palais de Congress. I absolutely love their bagel with egg on it. They warm it up for you and it’s super tasty. It is a grab and go food place and coffee options, sorry I’m not a coffee drinker to know about that. I did get a Diet Pepsi. The pasta salads are great too. This is a good place for a quick and good meal.
