Well had an appointment on Saturday. Arrived :5 minutes early -was told 15 to 20 wait still. Went for walk came back. Was told 10 more max. Waited 10 more was told at least another 10 - I have people coming over, arborist appointment at 11. No regard for my time. Over booked. Never even try them again. Lots to choose in Mont Tremblant. Don’t need this kind of service.

I'm from out of town, and my longtime hairdresser is on extended leave. My hair was in a sad state. Patrick took great care of me. He blended my statements about what I normally have done and the freedom I extended to do whatever he thought would look nice to give me genuinely one of the best haircuts I've ever had. On top of that, he simply couldn't have been nicer. If I didn't live ten hours away, I'd keep coming back.
