If you want to pay someone for a service and have them take your money and duck your phone calls and emails, then Chris is highly recommended. Since you keep failing to answer my emails and texts, and only answer the phone when called from random numbers and then just to lie and come up with excuses. Here’s a review for you, and hopefully it will keep others from wasting their time and money. My number and email are the same Chris, feel free to reach out whenever it’s “convenient” for you to do the right thing and return the money you stole from me, since you never used it for the 3 year security subscription I paid for.

I was very happy with service. Chris runs this business as extra employment to his job at Lowes! He came to my home and was respectful, knowledgeable and thorough!! He doesn't have overhead like other computer repair and his prices are fare!!!

Chris came into my shop to get my computer running more efficiently. I specifically told him several times that the program used to run my business MUST be backed up and all data preserved. He assured me this wouldn’t happen and that it was all backed up. However, He neglected to do this and several years of past and current customer data, balances and contact/job information is gone. I’ve never seen such a more neglectful action and catastrophic result in 40 years. My business is now completely jeopardized due to his negligence.He came back to my shop today and could not locate this information himself. This is devastating.

I recently had a problem with my Laptop, it’s a couple of years old and it was dying fast, even when it was turned off. Chris was able to diagnose the problem and get a new battery into the laptop quickly. (Once the battery arrived.) And gave me the information needed to handle a new battery. I recommend him, he knows what he’s doing and can prioritize his customers and get their problems solved figured out/solved quickly.

I had a computer emergency and was at a loss about where to get the needed part quickly. (an older MacBook Air) I called various places & found Chris. Not only did he have the needed part, but I was able to pick it up during the evening. The price was excellent and I'm impressed with his knowledge and experience. Now I've got someone who can repair my Apple computer in northern lower Michigan. I've recommended him to a Chicago friend, who may ship her computer to him for repair. Highly recommend for any type of computer repair/parts.
