Wonderful experience, owner was very inviting and so was the kitty! My 1 year old daughter sure like it, while my wife puruesed the wares!

The ladies are so nice here. This shop is so beautiful. Lots to look at. My daughters and I love their Cat Daisy.

Do not ever order anything online from these guys unless you want to be embarrassed. I was blown away by the difference between what I ordered online and the sad, cheap flowers that were delivered. Of the three online options, what was delivered didn't even compare to the lowest price option, let alone the higher end version I ordered. I ordered the roses, sunflowers and sprigs of ferns, they delivered TINY carnations, TINY daisies and eucalyptus. After supporting this business most of my adult life I am looking for a new florist.At the very least, make them send you a photo to make sure you aren't paying $100 for a $10 bouquet you could have grabbed at the local grocery store.

Very impressed with the service that Michelle offered & delivered on. I placed an order over the phone at 3:30pm on a Monday afternoon (the day after Mother's Day). I simply gave her a brief description on color/flower types that I'd like in the bouquet. Being the first business day after Mother's Day, I'd imagine they were very busy but within 20 minutes she emailed me a photo the finished product (which was beautiful) and within 30 minutes the flowers were delivered to my mothers office.Thank you again Michelle, very efficient service!

Flowers that arrived at hospital were very pretty. What she got was better than what was advertised! Definitely made my mom happy. Thank you for excellent service

Although I was originally disappointed that my online purchase did not match the flowers sent, a polite phone call was all it took to discuss the situation and resolve it to my satisfaction. In the future I think I would avoid purchasing online and simply get an idea from online and phone in my actual purchase.

I contacted this shop to ask for a memorial arrangement to be delivered to my brothers celebration of life.My contact was very, very helpful and courteous.We had to substitute one of the unavailable blooms, but the substitution was perfect. The arrangement was delivered on time and was absolutely fitting and beautiful down to the attached cardWe, as a family we're so pleased with the product and the serviceThat was given to us in this very sad time and Made our day a bit brighter. Many thanks to this employee and her care given us.

Expectation vs reality.The picture on the left is what my bf thought he was ordering online for $150 (taxes and delivery in) the picture on the right was what he received.He was a little annoyed that 9 roses and 12 carnations (7 pink and 5 red) cost so much. So he called Lo's florist to explain that he didn't receive what he paid for and this was the second time an online order was so different from what he purchased, the lady was kinda snappy with him, and he explained he was at work and would have to call her back.She (the manager) than called me at work (where the flowers were delivered) and all she said was I'm coming to take the flowers back" before I could reply she hung up. So I called back and asked for an explanation as to why she was taking my Valentine's present away. She said your bf is unhappy and doesn't like them. I told her that I did however like them

I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my mom after her cat passed away. I live in Victoria so I ordered them over the phone, the lady was really friendly and accommodating. My mom said the man who delivered them was really friendly. She sent me photos and they look beautiful, she was really happy with the flowers and beautiful vase. Thank you so much!
