K & K Swim School - Edmonton

We love swimming with K& K swim school! It’s worth it! They do take their time to teach your kids the right and proper techniques! The instructors keep you up to date with their progress. The instructors are great with the kids! I sometimes want to join them because of all the fun they seem to be having! My kids always look forward to their lessons! Keep it up

My son has been swimming with K&K for a year now, he started at 6 months old and the progress has been outstanding. The instructors have given him such amazing one-on-one care and attention which has allowed him to quickly develop his skills significantly. My son is developing into a confident little swimmer thanks to this fantastic program. Highly recommend it!

My child has progressed much faster in his swimming skills since switching from public group lessons to private lessons with K & K. Instructor turnover and absences seem high, or maybe we're just unlucky, but having to get frequently re-acquainted with a new teacher requires rebuilding trust and respect, and there is no reimbursement for the time wasted on reviewing and re-assessing his skills. Other than that, I'm very pleased with this swim school.

My daughter's experience with K&K swim school has been outstanding. The instructors are patient and encouraging, which helped her overcome her fear of water. We just returned from a beach vacation where my daughter was playing in the ocean for hours. We are grateful to K&K for making this possible!

My child absolutely loves going to swim class each week. The teacher is so patient and has an amazing skill of turning all games into teaching moments. We would 100% recommend K & K to anyone.

EDIT:There is a real problem with reliability. Winter session (Monday’s) was scheduled to begin on January 9. It was delayed a week, no big deal. Then lessons were cancelled on the following dates:January 23 - pool closureFebruary 23 - cold poolMarch 6 - pool closureMarch 13 - instructor illness no sub availableMarch 20 - pool closure.So out of 10 scheduled lessons, 6 have been canceled.I am tired of having to explain to my child that his lesson has been canceled. If we hadn’t already paid for the spring session - I would cancel and pay for private lessons elsewhere.Maybe you should look at alternate hotel partners if the pool can’t be reliably open.These lessons are great. Our instructor Ella is so friendly and fun, my son counts down the days until now next lesson. The pool area is perfectly sized and warm. Definitely feel he’s learning more in such an intimate environment vs the public group lessons we were enrolled in previously. Definitely worth the additional cost.

I highly recommend K & K. Swim. The progress I have seen in my child’s skill and confidence has been wonderful to watch. The instructors are great with kids. They truly pay attention and help in such a positive way. My daughter loves going to lessons. I could not be happier with the lessons.

Absolutely amazing lessons! My daughter was terrified of the water before starting lessons and even after just one she was 10x more comfortable in the water! Her instructor is so wonderful and my daughter always leaves happy! Can't wait to see how much farther she will come in her next upcoming sessions. Highly recommended.

We have been swimming with K&K for 2 sessions and the improvement and confidence our children have gained is fantastic. They continue to love the water and love their teachers! I feel so much safer taking my kids to the pool and the lake with the skills they have gained.

I would K&K Swim School and would recommend them to my friends. My youngest son has advanced with his current instructor Josephine very well. He has done amazing with learning how to front and back float and put his face into the water and submerge himself into the water with the instructor. We have advanced with K&K Swim School much faster than public swim classes and look forward to them every week.
