Petro-Canada

I have been coming to this Petro Canada location for years, and never in my life would I have thought that I would of been treated the way I was. I came to the location at my normal time around 8pm to fill up my petrol and buy my lotto tickets as I normally do, the only thing different was the attendant that for some reason would not allow me to buy petrol unless I pre-paid, I was a little shocked as I never had to in the past but thought nothing else of it and carried on to pre-pay in the store so that I can also buy my lotto. Well when I came to the door to enter it was locked, I went to the side window to pay for it there and again the attendant said I need to pre pay for the petrol from the machine I am too disgusting and homeless to enter the building or come in contact with him and that I needed to leave before he caught something from me. Now I don't normally do these types of reviews but this was beyond appalling, I have filled a formal complaint against the attendant and launched an inquiry with Petro Canada to investigate the incident. I do hope that this was a one time occurence and that I was the only one treated this way. I hope the owners of the facility see this and action the complaint filed. This incident occurred June 20 2022 at 8:00pm

Absolute laziness. Anytime after 10pm the place is locked and unattended. Even the police sit and wait for service, which is great for tax payers. One attended is especially lazy and uninviting, making sure every visit should be avoided. Over all fire everyone, and start over.

Great service by Hala, she works at night time .. friendly and respectful, keeping the store very clean nice and neat.Thank you Hala for your hard work and professionalism.

Would be nice if the midnight people would actually check for customers every now and then. I can't get to another location, and have waited upwards of 20 minutes just for them to realize they have a customer.

Scammed me out of a few dollars as the cashier didnt want to listen to googles USD to CAD conversions

You have lost a loyal customer. Woman on the night shift is constantly rude. When I work afternoons and need to run to a store, this place is constantly closed. The sign says closed 15 minutes for cleaning. I've gone back more than 1/2 hour later and the sign was still up. The woman with the red hair just gave me a rude look and waved me away.

Right now I’m sitting in front of Petro-Canada waiting to be let in when we got here the lady was gone the sign said cleaning will be back in 15 minutes. I’ve been waiting 20-30 minutes now and the lady hasn’t shown back up yet nd when we got here there was already a guy waiting for her to let him in yet the only guy let in was a skip driver. Now theres another lady waiting as well nd a guy. Just wow

This is a well appreciated gas station to the Windsor Downtown Core. They not only serve gas. They also have a convenience station with coffee and a public restroom. A multitude of choice selections to choose from. For car maitinance, also munchies and other various item including lottery. Compressed air. Public telephone. Ice parking etc. Excellent for cruisers.
