$1100 for pads and rotors on a small car, pads make a noise now and I can’t take time off work again to have them looked at. Pretty frustrating and made me feel they don’t take much care in their work.

Been with these lads for a few years now and I can’t be more happy with them. My very first drop by they charged me for 20 minutes of labor and minor parts to remove a nut 3 people, including myself, wasted hours attempting - no fuss and they made that job infinitely easier.They’re certainly busy, so appointments are a bit hard to make in some cases, but it’s no wonder since they’re great at what they do and they’re incredibly honest people. They’ll fight dealerships for you if you’ve been wronged. They also won’t overstep any requests you have - but if they recommend something be done, even if you didn’t think you needed it, they’ll take their time to explain, show you it’s worth it, but won’t press it.

Had a issue with a valve leak on my propane tank on my truck. I called and asked them what next steps I can take for my safety and others and I was quickly assisted over the phone and safely tightened the correct valve.This Shop has a clear and strong value for safety. I will be contacting them in the future for anything else I will need.This is a mechanic I can say actual cares about potential customers and current customers. 10/10 service from the phone clerk and mechanic.

We are the proud owners of a Eurovan Camper that needed a propane tank replacement.We purchased the tank from Go Westy in the US and Le Anne and her team of pros did the replacement.The friendly group had it done in quick fashion. Awesome experience here. Had an issue with my girlfriends car unexpectedly… and this was the only shop that made time for it. Despite us being stuck, they didn’t take advantage of us , and the bill actually ended up being considerably cheaper than quoted.Friendly staff, prompt service , great prices and a clean shop and lobby. It isn’t common to have an auto shop that can do all of those things.I will definitely be a customer in the future.Thanks again!

We've been customers of Downtown Auto in Kitchener for years. They have serviced our 2014 Subaru Forester exclusively -- honest, reliable, and expert at what they do. Excellent walking paths at Huron Nature Park nearby while the service gets done!
