I was able to get a unit the same day I needed it. They were so quick and helpful. The unit itself does not having lighting but it worked for my situation.

I was very happy with my experience with Storage MartThe staff were friendly and helpful. The space was reasonably clean and dry, and the price was reasonable. They sent regular statements by E-Mail, and my rental termination confirmation was sent by E-Mail by the next day. Thanks for keeping my stuff!

Have always received excellent service at this location. I repeatedly returned over the years with my camper after pulling it out of winter storage. Staff is very helpful and polite.

Booking online was easy. Staff at Facility was pleasant and made check in easy.Have issue with call centre....Call before making reso to verify that there was an Elevator, about the admin fee and what lock was required....for lock they told me the ROUND one was what would fit....so ordered on Amazon......driving 45 mins to drop off first load, lock would not fit....I did not want to pay $20 at the office since I have lots of these locks at home,,,so bought cheap one near by and will replace on next visit.....Please, please...put right info into computer re this location

I have asked Nikki at storage mart and asked her if she ever finds 2 parkings for me to reach out and give me call . This has been going on for atleast 5 months , today she called me and she said she has 2 parkings for me , she basically made my day , Nikki is awesome very very friendly and served me well . I have dealt with Nikki for a very long time and she has always pulled through for me . I wish everyone can be like her . I surely will use storage Mart on Trethewey for a very long time . Thank you Nikki for all your help .

This is my second year using the facility and just like the first the service from the staff and been amazing. Answered all my question and were very polite and friendly. Also took the time to show me my spot. Again will not hesitate to recommend 555 Trethewey StorageMart to friends and family.
