I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with BigSteelBox. Everyone was professional and nice, the service was great - they delivered what and when they said they would.

We moved to a new town and needed storage until our garage could be built. Ordering delivery and pickup couldn't have been easier.. You actually get to speak with a really friendly person as well..Thank you so much

I initially had some issues, some of which were my fault, and while nothing was major it was adding up to a poor experience.The people on the phone were friendly and trying to assist but I think they had to wait for information on their end to be able to assist properly.However I got a call back from someone from the local yard, and unfortunately I am bad with names and do not remember his name, but he went above and beyond far exceeding my expectations to turn my experience around. And like I said it turned out that some of my issues were a misunderstanding on my end.Ultimately it wasn't the smoothest experience the start, but their commitment to giving me a great experience was huge and I would have no problem using them again. Or recommending them to anyone.
