This place is mostly packaged organic, specialty and allergy foods. Supplements are also available and their selection is small but pretty good. Not much produce. Goto mother nature down the way for more of a selection.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. While the selection is not as wide as their other location, it's perfect if you're in the area. They have some of the best prices on vitamins and Vega.

I have moved to a small gulf island and found the specific vitamins I use difficult to find up here in the mid Vancouver island area. Covid years made it a LOT trickier. I found Lifestyle online ordering system and have been using it for a couple years without a single problem. Always super fast and free shipping over $50.00 in BC. I will always shop this way with them!!!! Thank you for doing what you do!

Great staff. The selection of vitamins and groceries is smaller than the Douglas street store but they have a good supply of the basics. The prices at Lifestyles are usually some of the best in town on vitamins.
