I purposely avoid Purolator service.I Accidentally forgot to avoid them this time and they magically can't find my address again after 7 years. Good luck calling. If you make more than $10/hour you're better off issuing a chargeback and starting fresh with a new order basically no matter what it was. Let Purolator eat the loss.

Well it's now the 27th and still no mattress. They don't even know where it is! They can't update me with anything until it is foundOrdered a mattress a week ago ....tracking said it would be delivered on the 23rd. It didn't get delivered on the 23rd, I contacted them and they said it needs special handling n it would take 2 days, it also got weather delayed a few hours after talking to them . Well it's been 2 days since and there are no updated scans the last time it was scanned was on the 22nd. I was told that the specialists are trying to locate it. It's a BIG 88 pound package!

My package was supposed to be a 1 day delivery. They put it on the truck yesterday and then took it off 5 minutes later saying it missed it's delivery. I have been calling as I may not be around to receive it now and it's been waiting around at the depot all day. I tried to call their phone number but it hangs up on me every time I do. I spoke with a rep through facebook and of course there's nothing they can do. I can't speak with the office, I can't call them. Very unresponsive company that doesn't want to talk to you so that things can be resolved quickly. They refused to call the depot and refused to give me the office number.

The delivery people don't seem to know how to ring a doorbell, they'd rather knock on the screen door which I can't hear from the other end of the house. I have a ring doorbell with a camera. I get the Motion detected at the side door" notice so I walk to the door and by the time I get there they've left a notice for me to pick up the package in Chatham the next day

This has to be the worst shipping company EVER! over 50% of my packages from online orders go missing and are marked delivered when they aren't actually delivered. I have cameras up for deliveries and I can see no one delivered anything so it was delivered to a wrong address. Call the 800 number and the useless response is always, well the truck GPS shows it was in the area so it's your loss. DO NOT USE this useless company for your shipping needs unless you actually want something to go missing.

I have been shipping and receiving parcels from Purolator for years no problems , have used others, but like to mention Purolator location on Lacroix St in chatham kent they have the most amazing and sincere customer service and assistance help one can ever imagine. Very friendly and its not a show they are all genuine kind helpful to get your packaged back to shippers or ship your own parcels out ASAP cant ask for more great people will make your day.Sjp

5 orders shipped by Purolator last year. Every. Single. Time. They say my address is undeliverable and I need to call them. I have done so several times. There's notes on my file. My address isn't even anything out of the ordinary. No other company has ever had an issue. Results in packages being delayed every single time. Despite paying extra for express. And I've had to go pick it up at Purolator twice now.

Driver came barreling out of the parking lot without looking in the large truck and barely missed a kid walking down the sidewalk. Not sure how their customer service is but that driver should be fired. Spoke to someone who worked in the plaza and they said most of the drivers are like that, just as bad in their personal vehicles when they leave for the day too. Hope they hold their drivers accountable and deter this type of behavior. I feel awful for anyone who lives in the neighbourhood
