I've said before that I've never met a Starbucks I don't like. But this new store in St Thomas is more than likeable. The person at the drive-thru was friendly and funny. Every time I've been here it's been a pleasant experience. Hats off to the staff and the store leader!

experience was great, fell in love with jay and his wonderful window. christian was cool too.

This place always make the best iced coffee. Drive from London every morning and they have made the drive home enjoyable with never messing up my wife’s and I order! Should be an option for more stars!

Jan 27th 1:10 pm. This location just can't get there act together. Order two CDL, NO FOAM, NO WHIP. BUT GET 1/2 inch OF FOAM!!! See pics.Also, when I order two beverages at the same order, I expect to receive together, not 8 minutes apart.Poorly trained staff. No place to park, bad location to navigate. Drive thru is a joke.Feb 1 - 2 pm Well new light fixtures. Still slow service. Floors.. bathrooms.. doesn't anyone clean?? See pics. And the local DM gives them a passing grade. Time for the Ontario regional team to review the operations of this sloppy loaction.Feb 8th - 1:20 pm PLEASE CLEAN THE FLOORS!!!!! This is not.....thanks Monique....Feb 9th - 3:00 pm NO FOAM....like a broken record...No Foam!!!!!! See pic. If I can order it, I expect it, and no excuses as to why you can't make a NO FOAM beverage.. .March 11 11:30 am.....11:48 and still waiting for my 2 CDL grande. Floors and bathrooms dirty.... Drink was suppose to be no foam....and a full grande?,,,March 31 -- 12:29 placed my ordrer, 12:45 and haven't even started my two grande cinnamon dolce lattes. THIS FRICKIN UNACCEPTABLE. And the manager and the dm just sit there not paying attention to the poor service. St Thomas, a call to head office is being made. As a Gold member since 1972, been to Starbucks in over 20 countries, this location has the worse service in all of Canada!!! Even worse than locations in Beijing, China.Apri 12 - 1:30 Mike and team short staffed but doing a fantastic job of getting beverages out to customers. Great Job!!!May 15th.....Why so little staff?? Rap music?? Not very Mother Day friendly. Staff not getting breaks..... Doing there best though. Does anyone from Starbucks ever read these. How about Viv in Head Office??May 31 - 2:03 pm Two Fraps, but didn't honour 50% off. 17 minutes to get beverages, but not busy, only four cars in drive thru and only two us ordering. Two guys from VW, unwilling to give up handicap table. Music cranked up so loud you can't hear yourself think. Still no 'for here' glassware or blue recycle bin. Location is inconsistent in quality and service. Only a 1 today on a scale of 1 to 10 where one is poor and 10 is excellent. Get it together Team St Thomas......June 5th 2023 - 1:30 pm. 2 Venti CDL, no whip, no foam, in for here mugs". Absolutely perfect!!! Best ever from this location. Now if they could just wash the floor properly.....sorry guys

I’ve already called the store to personally thank her, but Tiffany the barista completely deserves 5 star recognition! Friendly and Incredible customer service.My two year old has had a rough couple of days! I took her out to Starbucks for a muffin as a quick “mommy/daughter date”after ordering on the app. Unfortunately the muffin wasn’t available on arrival BUTTiffany went above and beyond and quickly gave my daughter an alternative and then a cake pop to cheer her up. My daughter completely lit up and so did this very tired mama.It’s people like this that restore my faith in society. She truly helped me out today.Everything was warm, fresh and delicious!

I’ve been going to Starbucks in St. Thomas since they opened. Always great service in a timely manner!! The staff are friendly and the store is clean.I scratch my head at one particular reviewer here, Michael Mayer, who continues to leave poor review after poor review. If he is having such a poor experience each time he goes in, why would he keep returning? He sure seems to know the Starbucks corporate terminology. Perhaps this is a disgruntled former employee of the company? (Either that or someone that just needs to get a life.) BTW, the parking and the drive through design are out of the company’s control-they didn’t design the plaza.Regardless, I have never had a poor experience here at Starbucks in St. Thomas.5 stars!

As someone who has spent the past 25 years going to Starbucks almost daily in Toronto/GTA and London, I was really excited to learn my hometown St. Thomas was finally getting a SBUX! Yesterday I met a bestie for the first time at this new location. Absolutely the worst SBUX I’ve ever been to in my life including the 401 highway stops! No atmosphere. Very limited seated. White walls. Only two comfy chairs right under an extremely loud speaker blasting lame pop music. I waited 11 minutes for my cappuccino. No one called out my name. It was supposed to be a Grande; of course, I only received a Tall. The only redeeming quality was the staff. The barista immediately offered to make a new one for me, but I simply didn’t want to wait another ten minutes so I thanked her and declined. When my friend and I found ourselves barely able to hear one another, she asked a staff member to lower the music which they did right away. Moreover, the staff came out to the floor to ask if it was better. That was very much appreciated. Nevertheless, despite the good graces and kindness of the staff at this location, there is nothing good about this place so neither of us will be returning. I’ve heard rumours that they designed this location to primarily serve as a drive-thru. Remarkably, the entire block of restaurants is so poorly organized that I don’t see myself ever driving into that awful maze to buy a cappuccino I can make with my Starbucks Nespresso every morning at home, either. Super disappointing!

I visit this location pretty frequently, I don’t normally leave reviews for fast food establishments but this locations employee Ben is such a great employee I had to leave a review to commend his great customer service skills. As an ex starbucks employee from many years ago, I know the customer service requirements the company looks for and I have to say Ben goes above and beyond and I'm always exited to see that it is Ben when I pull up to the window! This location overall has great service from everyone and usually fairly decent waits in the drive thru. Really happy to see that a location in a new town has such great staff and qualify of service. (I know how hard it can be to train a whole new set of staff in a new town)
