I couldn’t thank Alen enough for his patience and service with my grandfather. My grandfather has been struggling with hearing for years and Alen made it very easy for him to finally agree to get a hearing aid. He made the entire process very easy and seamless. He never even had to leave his home and now we can finally have normal conversation without yelling just for him to hear us. Thank you again!

Alen was highly professional and knowledgeable when he explained the different steps to the hearing test and what was being tested in each. He took the time to explain my hearing loss from mild, moderate to severe. I can confidently recommend him to other people knowing he will always have their best interests in mind.

I have had severe unilateral hearing loss for some time and have just accepted it with an attitude dose of “suck it up buttercup.” However, a flyer from Innovative Audiogy prompted to me to check them out. The office was clean and modern. I found Alen to be a people person and I never felt being rushed out the door. He was thorough and knowledgeable, and I might add very patient. Although hearing aids in general have their limitations, I can say without hesitation that mine definitely improved my life. I recently visited Innovative Audiology for a check up. I had a great experience from them. The staff was very nice and helpful in my appointment and also in forwarding the results to my doctor. Dr. Alen Vartanian did a great job with the test and explained to me what each test is for. I really recommend them.

Normally, I visit an audiologist downtown for my hearing tests and hearing aid programming. For years, I was under the impression they were thorough and knowledgeable.Recently, I visited Innovative Audiology for the first time. They were the closest audiologist I had access to and the reviews seemed good. I called in about 20 minutes before closing and Alen was kind enough to take me in for an unscheduled hearing test. Their equipment was clean and their facility had new testing apparatus (much newer than my downtown audiologist). In the end, the hearing test procedure was performed to the same standard I've come to expect over the years at my downtown audiologist.Once the hearing test had concluded, Alan offered to take a look at my hearing aid settings to ensure they were best suited for my most recent hearing test results. I noted that they were just about to close up shop, but Alen said he was happy to stay.Alen was able to identify settings that my previous audiologist had incorrectly programmed. After 30 minutes of thorough and patient evaluation from Alen to ensure all the settings were tailored to my hearing loss profile, I honestly can say that I'm hearing better than I have in my entire life.Sometimes, you think you know what good is. Then, you meet someone as dedicated to their craft as Alen is. I genuinely can't recommend this place enough.

Great experience. Alen was very informative, the hearing test was very professional, he made me very comfortable throughout the whole process. Alen was also very helpful in answering emails quickly and helping me set up an appointment in the same week that I reached out. I have done other hearing tests before and this is the best one I have experienced.

As someone who's worn hearing aids for nearly thirty years, I have high expectations for quality of care and technical aptitude. Alen checks these integral boxes for me which is why I trust him not only with my hearing healthcare, but that of my parents and relatives as well.
