Freedom Mobile

The first time we went here last year our service was fantastic. No complaints what so ever. We come back recently and unfortunately the person who helped us just seemed they didn't care to make the sale or even figure out the best option for us. Sadly it was a sour taste but the gentleman behind the counter was more helpful about the situation.

Helpful and energetic team of people, overall pleasant experience. This will probably become my go-to Freedom store.

Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient staff. I've brought 4 phones over to Freedom and had Grant help me each time. He takes the time to answer all your questions as he wants you to have a great experience every single time. Dealing with phone companies has always been an aggravating experience, but dealing with Freedom Mobile has always been a pleasant one. Thank you. Well done!

Went to get a new phone for my boyfriend. In and out with a new phone and plan in less than half an hour. The service was great, Michaela was hilarious, very kind, and super helpful. :)

Josh is the Guy to see! He is knowledgeable and he is for the client. He has sold me a few phones and continues to help if I have any questions .I highly recommend him .

Took advantage of my age and gender..did not give me phone I showed him on paper..gave me cheaper model. I trusted him. Fiance told me the cell I needed, wrote down care I forget. Showed to salesman. He said I have that in stocks, never showed you me till he installed the Sim card

Fairview Mall Freedom store is my preferred store location. They are a corporate store and repair facility with staff that always go the extra mile for their customers!!!My phone was damaged, insured with BrightStar, Freedom's new provider. I paid the 150+ to replace the phone. Terms state: signature required, I enabled delivery notifications.The phone was delivered by UPS, left on the back porch, I was home, not even 10 feet away from the door, reading a book, waiting for my delivery.The driver did not attempt delivery to front, left the package on the back door steps. No footprints in the snow leading to front door.I received the delivery notification within 10 minutes of delivery, ran around the house to the back and phone was gone, not there. Called UPS immediately, UPS would not do anything, said BrightStar had to lodge a search, called BrightStar, no help since phone was delivered, against their terms of service, without signature and not to the front door as requested...both UPS and BrightStar said too bad.After arguing with each company, for 2 weeks, sending them proof of no signature, of item delivered to back door apartment not front I gave up, I needed a phone.Went to the Fairview Mall location, told Travis my ordeal and requested a new phone on my tab.The beautiful manager with dark hair heard my story, she asked for the paperwork I brought from the insurance delivery mishap. As Travis and I were deciding on a phone the manager told me that she lodged a complaint with Freedom head office against BrightStar. Stated, I will get a replacement however she needs time to work it out with head office.We picked a mid level Samsung that I would use and return within 30 days until my issue was resolved.Within 2 weeks I had a new replacement phone courtesy of BrightStar thanks to the efforts of the manager at Freedom Fairview Mall and of course Travis.Thank You Guys, you went above and beyond my expectations.See you soon,Toni-Marie♥️♥️♥️

They were patient kind and helpful

Got a early upgrade, went and got me a new phone, the staff are excellent. They helpful and give great advice. Very nice to ask what they would recommend cause the staff member told me of the lg k61 and I love it.
