Highly recommend this company... Professional and knows what they are doing. The gentleman that serviced our two HP printers was patient, knowledgeable and even showed me a few things I didn't know... Genevieve my rep on the phone was amazing and clearly understood exactly was I was needing help with. If you are in need of printer service or supplies I would highly recommend Lasercorp.

I spoke to Eric at their, Montreal office, very professional and took the time to explain the issues with my printer and what they could offer as a solution He also explained there is a current shortage on toner supplies but they it comes in on a regular basis. I will be ordering all my toner from his company from now on.

Needed to replace the rollers on my old printer. Found Lasercorp online and Genevieve assisted me with determining the right parts needed and ordering them. They even supported me when I ran into a bit of trouble changing the rollers!

Genevieve has been fantastic in finding the problem and very knowledgable. She has also been very quick in arranging the appointment with the technician as well as ordering the transfer belt unit. The part arrived at our office the next day or so. The technician Mirza was very nice, knowledgable and professional. Thank you for the nice experience!
