Prestigious Place Apartments

The staff at Prestigious Place Apartments are very friendly and personable.They will go out of their way to make you comfortable. The building is quiet and clean. Rent prices are very reasonable, great location close to downtown and grocery stores. We have no complaints since we moved here June 2019.

Prestigious place has been a great place to live. I have always felt safe as a young tenet living alone. Quiet buildings and spacious units. Any concerns were always addressed quickly and professionally. Regular cleanings of touch points throughout the building and in the laundry room has been on going the whole pandemic. Kind staff who are always there to help :)

I lived at Prestigious Place Apartments for 3 years. I can say that whatever problems I ever experienced were dealt with quickly and effectively. It is an older building but they do regular pest prevention and I felt the building was safe. A great location as it is close to downtown, and close to a grocery store as well a bus stop is located right out the front door. Laundry is located within the building which is very convenient as it is also card-loaded and not coin-operated.

Living at Prestigious Place was a pleasant experience, a clean, tidy, and well-maintained place. The owner and manager were always very friendly and helpful, and any concern or inconvenience that arose, no matter how small it was, was resolved quickly. We will always thank them, since being newcomers they supported us and opened the doors, we definitely recommend these apartments.

It's a good place. The owners and building manager are very nice and helpful. It's a quiet, clean and well maintained building. They have maid service who come in and clean the building often. My apartment was clean when I moved in. You also never have to worry about being cold. It's a very warm and cozy place. I enjoyed my stay and have no complaints.

In the process of moving out after living in a bachelor unit for 3 years. Only moving because I need to relocate to a different city. Ive thoroughly enjoyed my time here and the use of the Resident Center app has made living here much easier, as I can send in requests if need be. Maintenance requests, in my experience, are addressed the following business day. The security measures such as bright lighting outdoors and secured entrances helped me feel safer as a young woman. Hallways always kept clean. Highly recommend getting a kitchen island or table for extra counter space (in the bachelor units anyway). Overall good experience.

Neither my husband or I looked forward to moving from our home and into an apartment, and until it was we found the listing for a 2-bedroom here at Prestigious Apartments everything else fell way short of liking. On move-in day we found it had been left very clean and welcoming. We were greeted by Suzanne (?) and went through a checklist. The couple of things that were in need of being taken care of were dealt with very quickly. Our neighbours are quiet and respectful - those with dogs never leave 'messes'. The building has security cameras and plenty of parking. The fact that top-up cards, not coins, are used for the laundry room, removes any fear of the machines being left broken in any attempt to steal collected money. We feel very safe and secure and overall we very happy with our choice to live here.

I really enjoy living here at Prestigious Place Apartments. If something happens to break they have great friendly staff that come and fix it right away, i enjoy my neighbours everybody is friendly, very welcoming and great to be around. Things are always kept clean, hall ways, stairwells are tidy. Im happy to live here, its quite, not ever do I hear partying or ruckus. Snow is always cleaned quickly, things are salted when need be. I’ve lived in this apartment for over a year now, and I can surely say it was an excellent choice. I’m a student and this was my first true apartment alone — I’m very happy that I chose Prestigious Place over a shared student house.The management is super helpful and easy to contact; the apartments are really cute (personally, the 1bdrm was a perfect size for me); and it’s a super central location for both drivers and city-bussers (Food Basics is a 2-minute walk away)!I know all my praise makes me sound like I own the friggin buildings hahah but I’m just trying to prove that the negative comments are from those who are simply negative people.Based on my experience, if you choose to move in, you won’t regret it!
