Northland Dental Centre

I have been struggling with my gums for over a year, my other dentist kept just doing the same thing over and over even though it wasn't helping. I decided enough was enough and I made an appointment here, at Northland Dental. I can't begin to describe the level of care I got. They immediately recognized that something more was wrong and are doing everything in their power to figure it out for me. On top of that, she told me we can wait to deal with some of the smaller things because she doesn't want me to use up my benefits on little things until we know what I'll need for my gums. They also MAY have caught a potentially serious condition that even my doctor didn't catch. I have not ever had that level of care and concern before. I am beyond grateful. If you're reading reviews considering a new dentist, seriously, don't hesitate. This office has a level of care that can't be described in words.

I have gone to the Northland Dental Centre for almost 20 years and have been very happy with the services provided by everyone here. Doctors Burton and Santi are the best Dentists (friendliness, explanation, painless and excellent work) so their dental assistants Andrea and Melissa. Dental Hygienists Kristine and Amy have kept my teeth/gums clean and healthy. Front office staff are friendly, professional and helpful like Charlotte, Laura, etc. The office is up to date in terms of safety protocols during the pandemic. I strongly recommend the Northland Dental Centre to everyone. Thank you!

Wow! From the moment I entered as a new patient I felt taken care of at this lovely office. I feel they went above and beyond with sanitizing protocols and felt very safe throughout my visit. Dr. Murphy took time to explain my treatment plan in a way that I could easily understand. We then sat with Christina the treatment coordinator to ensure my benefits plan would cover everything I need. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend this office to family and friends!

The staff at Northland Dental are beyond amazing. From their personal approach to their plethora of knowledge anyone can feel comfortable in trusting all their dental needs to the team at Northland. I was involved in a motorcycle accident that required some extensive dental work. Ranging from constructing the treatment plan to submit to insurance to any and all financial aspects, Stephanie was absolutely amazing and answered all my questions I had regarding payments, coverage.As mentioned some extensive work was required ranging from extractions, root canals, cavity fillings, crowns and even night and day guards. I had the pleasure of working closest with Dr. Pinto and Dr. Palleck both who were just a blast to have as my medical professionals. Its been 3+ years and all the work performed has been flawless and I cannot count the number of compliments I receive on my smile which is thanks to the amazing team at Northland!!!

Facility is beautiful, and all staff are very kind and patient and most of all, understanding.My extraction is coming up soon, full review coming afterwards, but so far, great first impression.-Patient Screening: Quick and to the point, you’ll be seen in no-time and they’ll accommodate for your time. Legit 6 stars for this, as they hopped right on my urgency.Operation: Very nice people. Had me feel extremely comfortable during the procedure, and did their best to educate me when I asked my questions before the op.PostOp: They answer the phone and will be ready to provide you any answers to your questions, and insist on you calling back if you have any more.-10/10 no questions asked.

Northland dental is professional, clean, and trustworthy. I have had consistently good experiences with them time and again over the years. The staff are all very friendly, and considerably knowledgeable.I'd like to especially recognize the office manager, Stephanie M. who has been exceptional and outstanding.

Their receptionist like to lie and accuse people of being ignorant. I called about a filling coming out in which she began to grill me with multiple questions in which they should’ve already had the answers. I responded by asking if there was a problem. Clearly making me ignorant in their eyes. I went to the appointment in which Pinto began to ask why am I ignorant and always upset and then began to say it was my own fault because I hadn’t been there in 2 yrs. The fact that you find it appropriate to accuse your patients of anything when you k now absolutely nothing about what I have gone through over the last two years is disgusting and quite frankly patient neglect.

I have been going here for two years now. I hadn't been to a dentist in years out of fear, my teeth were in bad shape. Dr.Murphy took his time with me and after a few visits my teeth now look great and very happy to go every three months for a cleaning. If you fear the dentist...this is the place for you.

Staff are so nice and gave me great advice on how to take care of my teeth! I feel so much better and healthier than my previous dental clinic visits!

My family and I have been going to Northland Dental for several years now and I must say, this office provides some of the best care I’ve ever received! Dr. Santi and the staff members are incredibly welcoming, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. The work they’ve done has been exceptional and every visit is an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!
