The Picket Fence Co. is an exceptional company. I am impressed with Frank and his team for what he has done for my property. I have a corner lot with a double door and my fence required severe maintenance due to seasonal wear and tear because of its location.Frank listened to my concerns and my vision to what I would like. He professionally and respectfully rebuked a few of my concerns and I'm so glad he did. He could have done everything I asked but instead worked with me and educated me with what I proposed and we ended up with far more than what my family expected. Frank was very fair with his quote, he was professional, direct and very respectful. He was truly a pleasure to deal with.When Frank did the job, I noticed they were very efficient and methodical with their work. This showed with the timeline of completion. It was expected to be a day’s work but was done in half a day. Frank kept me up to date with his progress and he entertained all my questions during the time. The team were respectful with other areas of my property and they cleaned up very well. When they were complete, Frank followed up with me and made sure I was pleased with the job. He had no problem coming back and made a few minor adjustments.Since completion, my neighbours have complemented me on the design of the double doors, stating it was better than the last one I had. I was honest and said it was Frank's ideas with the minor change in design and little adjustments that complemented our home. I hope my neighbours would call on Frank for their property needs.As for me, I would be thrilled to work with Frank and The Picket Fence Co. again.

Frank and his team did a great job fencing our backyard recently. I did check with quite a few other fence contractors and his quote was the most reasonable. He promptly responded to all my queries and was always a call away. On the day of the build, he showed up on time and immediately got going. I was having some issues with clarifying some fencing rules from our builder and had no luck reaching anyone at the City. Took a complete shot in the dark and called Picket Fence Co and spoke with Frank to see if they could maybe answer my questions. Frank was extremely friendly, helpful and very insightful regarding all my questions (even more then my own builder).Frank is extremely genuine and I can tell he really takes pride in his work and doing the best job for his customers. He took time out of his day to answer questions that really had nothing to do with him knowing that I wasn't even getting a fence any time soon.If I end up having issues getting my fence with all my neighbours and the company they choose I will 100% go to Frank to get my own backyard done.Thank you again Frank for taking the time to help me out!

My neighbour and I were sharing the cost of a fence with a bit more work on the neighbour's side. We contacted 4 fence companies and we selected Frank based on price, his expertise, and responsiveness. He replied quickly to our request to quote, he noticed things that the other contractors did not when he came to quote, and was able to address each of our specific needs/concerns about the tear down and build. His team was polite and professional, on time, and delivered exactly what was quoted. Frank was very patient with all our questions and even fixed a loose post on my gate (not part of the fence work). He was upfront with any issues found while digging the post holes (tree roots, gas line): he didn't have to tell me but I was impressed with his honesty. It was very helpful that he issued two invoices - one for me and one for my neighbour since it was not a 50-50 split.

Amazing service - Frank was awesome. Job done and planned on time exactly how we needed it! The work was amazing and made our backyard look so much better. He adjust a few things on the fly for us and gave us great ideas. Couldn’t recommend them more - and in fact have recommended them to a few friends already.

I had Picket Fence replace my old fence when we were getting a new pool installed this summer. Frank was very knowledgeable regarding new pool construction and even made provisions to construct the fence in stages to align with the pool progress. The new fence is incredibly solid, looks great, and passed the permit inspection with flying colours. Thanks Frank!
