Amazing customer service. Had some trouble with a filter and Hussain took the time and effort to help fix it and explain each step. He really didn’t have to go that far out of his way to help, but he did and we’re very grateful!!

I waited until black friday to save a few dollars on a build I'm working on and when my order arrived I did not receive everything I paid for which completely nullified any money I may have saved. I reached out via email and received no response and when I called I was placed on hold and then disconnected. It's a shame because they have such a good selection on parts that are otherwise hard to find however, I'm more than willing to go through the extra effort for a little common courtesy. Cheers.

Avoid this company!Refuse to answer my emails. Refuse to exchange or refund defective equipment. I don't understand because I bought for a thousand dollars from them. They are dishonest!!!

I ordered over $110.00 worth of items and my credit card was billed immediately.6 days later the order had not shipped. I emailed to cancel and was told they would check and get back to me. Next day, no response.I had to email 2 more times and threaten a fraud investigation with the credit card company before my money was returned.They don't have fast shipping"
