Wonderful, friendly professionals! Valerie took the time to fix my grown out balayage into a super cute long pixie cut with root to tip fashion colour. It took a lot of patience and the end result is so rad! Very happy I found this salon and Valerie!

I love my hair cut. Valerie did a great job. I have fine hair and I asked her for a lot of layers to give some volume and here is the result❤️

One word to describe my 1st experience “AMAZING”. The salon is very clean, the staff is friendly and the services were excellent. Mary took care of seating me, monitoring the hair timer, and did such an outstanding job washing out the color from my hair. She added this hot towel under my neck, massaged my head as she was and applied a great treatment to condition my hair. Such a kind lady. Manon my new hairdresser was extremely attentive to my questions and my “ask”. Her expertise and advice did not go unnoticed. She was very pleasant to talk with and did a fantastic job on my highlights, cut and style. She’s truly talented and has a passion for her work. I adored my experience and will definitely come back to this salon and continue with Manon. Thank you for the pampering today! Great teamwork and very pleasant experience as a client.

Hairtech is at the level of any top-notch Salon in any major city. Not only is the place beautifully designed, the staff is courteous and professional. I've been going to Manon for my cut and colour for a few years now and she is excellent. I would recommend her and the salon to anyone, and regularly do. Worth the drive to Orleans from anywhere in the city!

Calla was amazing ! She listened to what I wanted & cut it exactly how I wanted it cut & it turned out perfect. Great customer service , that’s hard to come by now a days so I appreciate it. Made me feel comfortable & relaxed at the spa. Would highly recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a talented hairdresser. Will only be going to Calla for my hair moving forward !

It's going to take months to recover from having my textured hair butchered with dull thinning shears. The layers are still blocky and poorly blended. For the bargain price of $75 before tip, I would have expected better. The stylist messed it up so badly that it's still not curling back up after almost 2 weeks.

Yelda is the best hairstylist in town. She knows how to trouble shoot with hair colours. She knows her job well.Mary does wash hair very well. It is relaxing and she does it with care.Also, this salon uses very good products with a competitive price.The place is exquisite, good ambiance and very clean.The whole staff in general are professionals. They carry a good standard in their business.

I am very pleased with the haircut I received from Omar. He listened to my needs from the very beginning, and gave me exactly the haircut that I was looking for. He is an expert in his field and has a real passion for his work. I will definitely be returning.

I moved to Orleans a few years ago and was still driving downtown to see my stylist of 15 years but wanted to give this place a try. I stumbled upon Ashley as took care of a quick cut and blow out—well after loving my cut, I ran back a few months later to get my colour done and was blown away! She’s the blonde expert by far! She nailed it and I am not sure I have ever loved my hair the first day I’ve had it done! I get compliments all the time!!

My daughter and I, both got our hair done today. The ladies are super friendly, and they do amazing here. They also took us last minute, overall great experience. Thanks.
