la Vie en Rose Promenade Mall

They used to have lovely ladies working here. They were more helpful and feel COMFORTABLE to ask anything I DON'T KNOW. Had terrible experience earlier which I immediately leave the store and it gives me trauma to go back here again.

I have been to many La vie en Rose stores but this is one of the best store. Bonnie Gluck was so helpful from measuring the size to suggest my style. Definitely coming back to this store again. Overall Amazing staff and had excellent experience.

Today we bought some beautiful things here and I will tell you that this is largely due to the wonderful girl Ariel, who was very kind and friendly with us. The best service. Thank you, we will be back here. I recommend it to everyone))

Do not buy anything from this chain store. Their sales gorls know nothing about bras. They are the only store that bras are final sale. They never tell you when you pay for the bra. But when I go there for exchang after purchasing for only 2 hours, they told me bras are final sale. I got the wrong one becaus eof their sale girl knows nothing about bra and gave me the worng one. Any stores in North America and Europe which sell bras, all cna be returned and exchanged within the time frame set by the stores. La Vie en Rose is the only one thay bras are final sale. But they never tell you when you pay. Awful store and awful sales girls. Never buy any thing from them!!!

I visit la vie en rose in Promenade mall location most of the times because of Maryam (store Manager). She is so supportive and helpful. Although I am not living close to Promenade mall but I feel comfortable to shop here. I had always awesome experience shopping in this location. Maryam always performing the best Customer service here.Also, I love La Vie En Rose bikinis so much.I would definitely continue shopping here.

Today I shop in this store and the lady that was helping me there Claudia her name was Amazing, extremely nice and vibrant personality very energetic that gives a good atmosphere to this store right from the beginning when you enter. She made me feel so welcome and was very responsive for everything I needed unlike other sales persons that many times ignores you Claudia had a phenomenal service that I can tell that everyone in the store really enjoyed their experience there today. I always loved their lingerie and the pJ’s especially, they have very good quality staff there no doubt along with good service which makes it perfect! I’m Definitely recommending shopping in this store location to anyone!!!

Manager was incredibly kind and helpful. She is extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this location. You won’t regret it. Customer service is excellent. Will be coming back for sure.

I am regular customer at la vie en rose stores mostly At the Promenade mall.Tha customer service is exceptional, amazing, especially kind Lady Claudia, she is very helpful, knowledgeable, sweet, she makes you feel the most important person, she gives her time and energy, she makes you buy more and more things but you love it, she has an amazing taste, she recommends different combinations for swimming wear, simply you want to buy everything she brings you to try.I know her more then 10 years and she is better every time l see her.Other stores need personal like her.Today l bought 4 bathing suits and l am very happy,Thank you Claudia!!!!

Always a good visit to La Vie no matter what location. This location has a bigger stock than most. Most of what I wanted were sold in sets. Does not work for my body. So no luck this time. But my friend did purchase something. Service was minimal which i like. Cashier was pleasant. Store is fresh and clean. Well organized.

It was my 1st time coming to this location and I was blown away by the customer service! I was shopping alone and it was so nice to have such a lovely, helpful sale associate (Ariela). It made purchasing so much easier and I will only come to this location for now on.
