I am very satisfied with the service I received from James Movers Inc. They were referred to me by a friend of a friend. They transported all my worldly possesions from Kelowna to Langford. The communiciation was excellent from beginning to end. They were prompt and efficent on both pick and drop off. To top it off, they were reasonably priced!! These folks did a great job moving our 2 bedroom apartment. They also moved a large upright piano through a difficult entry and upstairs and were polite and careful with all our belongings. Highly recommended!

Dan and Matt helped us with a move after a snow dump onto Victoria on the 28th Dec! They showed up early and were unfazed by the weather and challenging roads! They were professional, polite, conscientious, friendly and were delicate with moving our belongings to ensure that they were well taken care of! They were also super strong to be able to move a heavy couch! It really helped to alleviate so much of our stress with the move and they were so reasonably priced too. I would definitely recommend them! (My neighbour saw them unloading at the condo lobby and told me that they were really good and she had used them to move her piano many years back!) It was also super easy to make the appointment through Google maps and Kevan James was very responsive at all times of the day. Truly hardworking people! Thank you crew! - Charlize

James movers helped us move from a 2 bed apartment to a house recently.The guys were very apt - they came and checked all the boxes and items around and verified what should go and what should be left out.The move was super quick, they were really fast and focussed at the task.They were very careful and cautious about the furnitures, fragile items (we ensured to write that on the boxes - that way its easier for them to note) and everything in general.I had used colour labels on the boxes and the destination rooms, I think that helped them to some extent.Overall, very happy with their service. Will definitely go to them the next time we are moving!

Fantastic service from Calgary to Surrey. Didn't even charge for miscellaneous boxes. Smooth delivery at a very reasonable price! Strongly recommend. Will remember and use it the next time we move :). Thank you.

James Movers helped my husband and I move back in July and we were so impressed by the quality of the move, the guys that were doing all the heavy lifting and the availability for our move date as most movers were unavailable. Communication was prompt as was the whole process. Highly recommend these guys!

We recently used James Movers for a piano and some heavy furniture. Ryan, Matt, and Dan were the movers who came and they were an absolute joy to have. Everything was extremely quick, pleasant, professional, and some added above and beyond was included. James Movers are amazing! We had an important move between homes which included the most difficult couch in the history of moving, and everything went better than planned!Our two pros were Dan and Tim, a great team who impressed over and over - from introductions right through to thank yous. I would request them again for future moves and have recommended them to friends. These guys could carry recliners on their own, take care of glass display cases without any issues, and even helped haul a few extra heavy things down some stairs when they weren't even being moved out of the house.The prices are great, the booking is simple and the company aims to be available - they really work for the customer from start to finish.As for the couch, it was a massive leather thing that even to begin with was too big to exit a semi-wide door. The guys dodged picture hangers, hauled it over a clothes dryer and solved the door issue with a clean removal of the couch's feet. On top of that, the new place had a skinny door and a small hallway. they tested a couple angles, found a solution and everything clicked.The team worked the problems like solving a puzzle, each of them figuring out a different piece and then finished the whole thing without a scratch to the furniture. The feet went back on the couch, they were set perfectly, and the couch is great. The chairs were no problem, the tables were no problem, the bed was no problem, the boxes and bags were put in the best spots - they even gave ideas on how to work difficult things (like the couch) on future moves. Quick, efficient and smart; they have great attitudes and were fun to talk to.5 stars and more, all around!

This moving company came through to be on time, on task, amenable and efficient. There service was sometime rewarding rather than stressful. True professions such as these movers are unusual to come upon.
