Called and got a great price, made an appointment, in and out very quickly and the staff was very friendly. Nice area to sit with a TV. I will be back!

They offered amazing price and service for a set of rims I bought. Such polite people and never pushy with sales. The person changing my tires noticed my brake was not installed properly by the previous mechanic. The store even called in a nearby mechanic as a favour to correct the installation error and made sure I was able to drive out of there safely. Highly recommend for their attention to details!

Brought my car in for installation of winter tires and rims .Appointment was 9 AM and I arrived a bit earlier. Handed over the car keys in good time for 9 AMI saw my car STILL parked outside at the front of the shop at 9:40 AM (not brought to the back yet for work to be done). This is forty minutes after my appointment time started. When I asked reception at 9:40 AM about my car still being out front and not brought in, the reception did not bother looking at the file or my car outside and just mumbled they would get it done within the two hour quoted time.....okay, I'm not sure how they would get it all done by 11:00 AM at this point.So I waited patiently. At 10:15 AM I STILL saw my car out front of the store and not in the back shop yet. If everything was to be done as promised the wheels and rims would have been on by 11 AM. This time I spoke to the reception again and now he finally looked at my file and went into the back shop to check in. This is over an hour after my morning appointment.They finally brought my car in around 10:30 AM and it was done around Noontime. I really don't like people that don't respect the time they quoted.Oh, and the receptionist who helped to coordinate the appointment (Emma) failed to mention that when you install new rims, there will be a low pressure" error on your dashboard. You have to pay over $200 to get that error off of your dashboard by installing sensors on the rims. Wouldn't you figure that reception should mention this at the time of providing a full quote and booking your appointment??Just be aware their service times are misquoted and they are not prompt on getting the work started in a timely manner. Keep an eye on your car if you parked it outside of the store front to make sure it is brought to the shop in a decent time And if you're getting rims here on your winter tires

John helped me find BMW M wheels/rims for an affordable price!!! Authentic, Original BMW Ⓜ️ equipment! Fair price and helped me with installation as well. Huge shout out to Mike and Vito! They go above and beyond. The entire CT team goes the extra mile. I appreciate everything they have done for me and my Dad. I learned a lot from Consumers Tire Markham. They are knowledgeable and experienced in the Tire industry. I built great relationships through Consumers Tire. I am forever grateful for the opportunities I was given at CT Markham. It made me a better Consumer, a better person overall. Extremely reputable Tire shop. Check ‘em out. While you’re at it, go for lunch/breakfast at the diner next to Consumers Tire Markham! John and the Consumers team provide exceptional customer service. We have dealt with Consumers for years as we have always had a positive experience. We had trouble with our TPMS sensor and John took the time to get it working again. We have two cars to maintain and find the price is very affordable.

Good pricing and staff are very friendly. However, I am give them 3 stars. I brought my own TPMS and steel rims. I told them to scan the TPMS once they installed the winter tires but they didn't. It seems that the technician forgot about it. I wasn't able to come back as I live far and I just took some time off to go to their store. I work during office hours which is the same as their business hours. I have another shop close to my place did it for me which costs me extra.

Fantastic experience. Needed winter tires for my Honda CRV and John took the time with me to make sure I had the right tires to keep me safe. And beautiful rims too. Oh and the best price!
