Worst customer experience ever. Do not order from them if they are shipping the item to you. If there is any problem with the merch and it is defective they will tell you sorry it is used and we can not return it. And if you want to return an unused item, you have to pay for the shipping back and they do not refund the shipping they spent as well. And there is also a restocking fee as well. They were no help at all and I am letting everyone I know to stay away from them

My go to place for parts and printers that's close to home, I bought my CR-10v2 from them, it was a great choice to move up from my Ender 3 Pro.They also have a great selection for parts for various printers and especially for my Ender it has seen so, so many print cycles, upgraded to a Micro Swiss direct drive, stronger fans, extra nozzles, the list is long. Staff is always happy to help and have a great knowledge base and make great suggestions. With there free shipping or for a small items a small fee, everything arrives fast and excellently packaged.

I placed pretty big order which included some 1m extrusion. I was a bit nervous shipping it across the country (I'm in Ontario) but upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised at how well everything was packaged. Everything looks great, and the leadscrews I ordered are dead straight. Sure beats ordering stuff direct from China as I've never gotten items of this quality off the typical sites. A+
