Have used Premier to manage my property for the past couple of years. I have found them to be quite responsible and responsive. A few minor issues have come up but they are generally dealt with quickly and professionally. I used a couple of other property managers in the past, which were absolutely terrible. So glad I switch to Premier and only wish I had done so sooner. Highly recommend this company.

Our building is quiet and clean and the tenants respectful. I've only had pleasent experiences in communication with the property management. They are quick to response to concerns and issues and rent payments are quick and easy. I would recommend Premier Property Solutions to others.

Unfortunately this property management agency took over management at a property I was renting for over 2 years. Upon deciding I was moving I spent over a week trying to get a hold of someone from premier to let them know I’d be moving out at the end of the month, I got fed up and had to contact the property owner who was previously managing the building to let him know I’d be leaving, only then did I receive a call back.. looks very unprofessional on their part. Fast forward to today - Still waiting for my security deposits after over a month, while my phone calls and emails get ignored. Don’t believe the better business bureau rating or testimonials on their website, I know other people who have rented from premier and they’ve had nothing but problems as well, so many other professional agency’s to rent from in Winnipeg who can actually communicate with their tenants. This is not one of them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Nik was highly recommended by someone. He was very knowledgeable and optimistic and very friendly!! We immediately signed for him to manage our rental and just a few days in, he found us a tenant. Could not recommend him enough!! Thank you Nik. We hope to bring you more properties to manage in the future!!

Would not recommend renting from them at all. Only put it up with it for so long because I needed to live somewhere. Sherry Sherrington was our immediate contact but I definately would not say it was immediate. We needed our doors, locks, fire alarm, electrical breakers all replaced/fixed. It took upwards of 8 months for any of that to happen. We couldn't lock our door all winter and it took 4 months to get a new lock. Our roof leaked and they never fixed it besides painting over it which took over a year. They allowed 2 Realtors into our home without giving us any notice. They blamed us for the lack of communication although we kept record of every email we sent. They ended up selling the building and the roof still wasn't fixed, we still didn't have a fire alarm and all the interior doors didn't shut properally. After the building sold the new owners fixed these problems within 48 hours. Shows the difference between a good property manager and poor one.Thanks,I hope this helps anyone thinking of renting from them.

New to renting after a long time and have had nothing but positive experiences with Premier Property Solutions. The first day we moved in we already encountered a plumbing issue and premier was quick with getting it resolved and had someone out here the next day even with it being a Sunday and was able to get it fixed quickly. Also when our ac wasn’t working, it was again a quick fix before it got really hot. Very please.
