I have been to a lot of locations and this one is one of the busiest I've been to. Their food is always great but when your are starving, don't dine during peak hours. It could take up to 20mins wait to get seated.

Overall, we had a very nice dining experience here. We were a family group of 6 people and we had to wait about 15 minutes to get the table. Servers were nice and friendly. Menu is nice but I wanted sausages in my order and at 12 Noon they ran out of sausages. In the middle of the statutory holiday they ran out of supplies… not good. Portioning was less. I ordered classic Benedict and it wasn’t enough for me and I was hungry after one hour again.Though food quality, presentation, and taste was good.Also, after ordering, we had to wait more than 40 minutes for our food to be served. That was poor and not pleasant.So it was a nice dining experience, just that wait time after food, quantity, and not having the choice of item in an order wasn’t good enough, hence 4 stars.

I and my sister wanted to try the eggs, bacon and shredded potatoes. I'm sorry to say that it was one of the worst meals that I have had. The eggs were difficult to cut with my fork, the bacon was too hard to cut never mind eat. Finally the shredded potatoes were uncolored and definitely mushy. Sorry never again. As for the fish and chips I can say that the chips were okay. The fish on the other hand fell from their fish a year ago. They were thin on batter over cooked and dry.

White Spot is always a great place for family dinners, they have a wide variety of choices to pick from, Kids can color here before they have their meal. They also have a good selection kids meal, and they have a children's pirate pack which is a boat with food in it. The service was great, the children really love eating here. They're also is a full license bar here so you can enjoy a beer or an alcoholic beverage.

The service was amazing. Emily C. made our dinner extra special with her professionalism and prompt responses to our requests. We both really enjoyed her sense of humor. The food was very good. Both my wife and I enjoyed our choices. Hostesses upfront were polite and worked well together as we represented the middle of a rush of customers. The only negative was the amount of salt on my seat. A quick wipe with a napkin solved the problem. Would definitely recommend this location for a great night out. I had a pale ale that was on tap. I enjoyed it very much. It also came very cold, which, for me, is a great sign that management has it all under control. We will definitely be back for more.

It’s been years and I’m always content at the fact that what I expect, I get at White Spot chains. By now, it almost tastes like nostalgia. I go mainly for their beef dips because that’s just the kind of monster I am, but I know all their food tastes like home. For this particular branch, because it’s more newish, it has tons of space and big tables for groups and families. The service is always friendly - but it can get loud at times since the open floor plan kind of carries people’s voices. It’s the place to pull up with friends to share a plate of fries or a nice lunch spot with the fam. Not so much a date spot though.

We were with new friends at this location. Other white spots in the Sidney area were sad, to say the least. This dining experience was great. Orders were taken quickly, and food came in timely order by a great server who knew enough to let us talk! I'm pleasantly surprised! Fresh food served hot! What a concept! We'll dine there again because they earned our loyalty!

I was never a consistent White Spot customer until coming to Victoria, but I have loved the locations I've been to down here, especially the Langford White Spot. The food has not disappointed. The servers have been friendly and attentive, and I have not felt ignored even when it was incredibly busy. The atmosphere is a bit chaotic and we tend to always get seated near the kitchen/washroom, but aside from that, this location is excellent.

The food is what you would expect at White Spot, it is a chain.My fiancée and I enjoy their cocktails, their price is fair.We asked to switch tables and they were more than happy to accommodate. Anytime we needed another drink, or, when we ready to check out they were available.

Quite impressed. Did not expect to be giving 5 stars to White Spot. Better than I remember and I remember it being great! Food was spot on (had the Cheesesteak Hash), restaurant itself was spotless and all new and fancy, and the staff were very lovely! So happy we decided to see how the ok’ White Spot was holding up. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!
