The worst service I ever had in a Spring shop. I had an order to pickup and the lady didn't want to help me to get it. Even in the email it was said that I can skip the line for a pickup order one of the staff didn't want me to go and get it. And she is doing nothing at all except staring at customers. The capacity is 6 customers inside and right there are only 4 and she keep us waiting. Last order from Spring :)

I rarely do shop reviews..I know it’s a place where we hire students n young people. But the customer service lacks professionalism. I ordered a pair of shoes online and selected to pick up at the store, knowing I wouldnt be home to receive it. I went to the store today to pick it up. I must have waited for 20 min without complaining and being very calm. While I noticed they couldnt find my shoes. And the young lady was definitely unfriendly. Asked my order number many times. Couldnt find my order asked me when did I got the mail. I said yesterday. Took again my phone to verify. Asked my name again, went back and forward to check for my order. I heard her asking for what to do. I waited patiently and didnt even do a remark that it was obvious they didnt had my shoes. I listen her coworker telling her to give me a pair they already have. She came back with the box half opened, gave me the box like she didnt care at all. Said here it is. I looked at her a little confused for her rude manners. Told me directly its the same size. And directly took the customer behind me. Didnt even look at me or let me thank her.I work in customer service with patients. I understand when things go wrong. But I would never make my patient feel like its their fault for my lack of organization. Specially if they had to wait longer than usual. I kinda regretted to not delivered to my house. I putted 2 stars because I genuinely love this shop shoes.

I bought a pair of boots 5 weeks ago, and just by walking, it got a hole under the plant. I went to the store to claim for a solution but they told me to call to the call center. When I finally got my calling answered, they requested photos by email, twice, and I haven't had an answer since then. They put lots of obstacles to help.

Terrible customer service and customer experience. My boots broke in the middle of the sole and they can't do anything cause the photos and the credit card statement is not enough to show that you bought the boots you have. Have that in mind before buying anything with them.

I’ve bought shoes here before and they’ve been of great quality. However, the service is a hit and miss. I had to return shoes and the tall girl with tattoos was sympathetic and gave clear instructions for calling the help line. The black girl was helpful as well. When I came back another day to process the return, the cashier (short Asian girl) was rude and dismissive, not just to me, but to the other people in line too. Despite getting $50 back, I left feeling disgusted. These kinds of people should never be working customer service. Love the brand, but will be avoiding this store. 2 stars are for the 2 girls that were helpful.

The service was poor !I was treated differently than other customers.When I asked a question , the Customer service representative didn’t reply , so I asked again where she gave me lookShe was Very rude I must say !

I visited this store to return a pair of mismatch shoes (totally different shoes -see photo) that I received through online order and the store rep was unable to track my order number and was really unprofessional and even tried to imply this was our problem and we might have already requested for refund with customer service on phone ... pathetic!! She finally sent us to a different store where the manager was able to provide me the refund and even said that there was a system problem from their end... good store but really bad staff and customer service.. disappointing!!

The service took a very long time before I had a shoe to try on. I mean 20 min it’s a lot, I even thought she forgotten me. Customer service is slow and they never answer the phone. Believe me, I tried 7 times.

I came to pick up an online order and it was not fitting, they ordered the same size!!! You guys made a mistake in my order!! Why is nobody answering the phone??? It's been 10times I'm calling and nobody's answering!!!
