My family and I have been using Persian rug services for almost 20 years now. From numerous pet accidents (not so good ones either) to coffee stains, they have always managed to get stains out. They don’t use harsh chemicals either, which obviously is a concern especially since my pets are always on them. They have probably cleaned over 30 + carpets of all sizes, silks, wool, ancient Persian carpets…you name it.. some of them have even been cleaned a few times and the colors are still as vibrant. We will always continue to use them, super friendly, efficient, and fairly priced. I would say any type of carpet you have, is in good hands with them. We chose these guys based on the good reviews and they didn't disappoint us .Joe was right on time both for pick up and drop offs.They gave us a very reasonable rate for four rugs and they did a nice job on cleaning without any damages.Overall very happy with the service and would recommend them.

Persian Rug Services was great!!! They got dog pee out of our area rug and fixed another. One that the dog chewed a whole on. You can’t even tell it happened. They are very nice, professional, and speedy! Will be using them again!

I dropped off 3 rugs with Joe for cleaning. Even though they were ready a week later, Joe was kind enough to wait for me to come pick them up 2 weeks late. Communication/customer service is top notch. Joe is knowledgeable and patient. Great little shop. Will definitely come back for my carpet/rug needs in the future. A+
