Lawyer Ed Kaye and Paralegal Kathleen Wiens were so helpful in settling our legal issues and guided us through what could have been an overwhelming experience but really wasn't!! No help whatsoever. Listened to my case and referred me to the lawyer referral line. No explanation. Kinda felt like unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend this firm to my friend's dog.

We recently needed to sign a new lease agreement with a new landlord. This became a long procedure as the landlord had some unrealistic expectations that did not work for us. Carson Davies worked on our behalf and was able to negociate a good deal for us. We highly recommend Carson.

She took care of our family law issues quickly and thoroughly, shockingly so after getting the run around for a long time. She answers emails or messages immediately and was always available to reassure us of the process. We are so relieved we made the switch to Savina.

Sean Donaldson Quit to go work for ICBC council. He used up the retainer. DIDNT relay my requests to the opposing council. When the partners were notified they said he is a great lawyer and did nothing. DO NOT go here for Family Law. Terrible Terrible. All Mr Donaldson did Was irritate opposing council making my divorce painfully complicated when it need not be. When He Quit with Short notice. The firm DID NOT pickup the file. I had to go pay a new retainer at another firm to continue my filing. Delaying an end result further and leaving me with a bill for his last work" hours I had asked what the balance of my retainer was 3x in emails and had no reply no response nothing. I was then hit with the final bill of his un billed hours which must be paid Prior to sending my file to my newly retained lawyer. Such a Headache when its already complicated and stressful enough."

Almost a year ago my son died suddenly without a Will or Power of Attorney. Waterstone guided me through the complicated process of obtaining Administrative Authority from the Courts so I could sell his Condo and deal with his Estate. They provided a Trust Account for his funds, ensured all debtors were paid upon the Condo sale and handled all of the legal issues professionally and successfully. The whole process took 11 months. I sincerely appreciate all of the help, guidance and legal actions by Waterstone Law Group and am pleased to recommend their services.

The receptionist seems to run the show and will answer your questions whether she is right or not.Up to you whether or not you want to believe him/her.They don't give very good advice to say the least.Extremely Disappointing.
